I like the minimalist style of these and the wide footbed. Usually with other sandals my pinky toes is falling off. They are very well made but this makes them too rigid. The shoe does not bend therefore it doesn't allow my foot to bend naturally as i walk. I prefer my soft crocs instead. Sending these back.

I ordered these sandals because I used to previously wear this particular Bernardo Style, Lili, for very many years (20 yrs. ago). I had not seen them in the stores, for a long time, so when I saw them on your web site, I was excited. When I tried on the right sandal, the ankle strap was much too small/short; I wear a size 11 and the ankle strap didn't even reach all the way around my ankle, so I couldn't close the shoe!!! I'm totally broken-hearted that this is not the quality I expected from the Bernardo Company.

I love these sandals. I have been wearing Bernardos for years. They are cute and comfortable. I would highly recommend them.

I ordered size 6 and 6.5. The 6.5 was perfect. Fortunately, because the size 6 box contained a size 9 sandal. I’m returning that box with a note indicating the problem.

I have looked for 3 yrs to replace my favorite sandals. The look is finally over! I normally never pay this much for summer sandals but do not regret this purchase at all! Love this shoe and this brand after purchasing 2 pairs of their sandals (different styles)! Soft leather and well made, great fit, comfortable for a flat (which is very hard for me to find) and classy/classic styles. If between sizes then I would recommend going up a size, they fit my foot true to size but like a glove. Once it stretches with wear over more time, it will not become sloppy. I am ordering another pair today!! Thanks again Zappos!!!

I'm trying to keep a pair because they are really cute. The first pair arrived and the straps on the right shoe are bigger and looser so it flops more than I'm comfortable with. I ordered a second pair for comparison and I was skeptical because they were obviously returned already. They fit much tighter, which is a good thing, but the length of the shoe is at least a 1/4 inch shorter than the first pair and I feel like they look to small. I'm now looking at other styles because I don't really want to order a third pair of the same shoe.

LOVED these shoes. I was very hesitant because who spends this kind of money on SANDALS?! Well, apparently I do. And apparently they're worth it. I recommend this splurge because these will become new favorites.

I LOVE?? These sandals are very pretty and comfy. There are no issues with the straps as stated and I found the price very reasonable considering I have spent 2 to 3 times more on other designer shoes. I am getting in other colors since I ??. HAPPY VERY HAPPY??????

Cute simple slippers... works with a causal outfit or dressed up

Sandals looked good, the color for Platinum was duller than on the picture. Weird fit - length was too large but then the strip on the back was digging into my heel.

Totally flat shoe with a footbed that is wide at the toe and narrow heel... just what I need. The length of the footbed was a bit short... my toes were lined up on the stitching front and back. There wasn't enough structure to keep my very flexible foot on the footbed. I will send them back and order the Bernardo Maverick in size 8.5.

Lovely sandal - but even a size larger than i would normally buy was too narrow for my feet.

I really wanted to love these sandals since I grew up wearing Bernardo’s and have always been drawn to their classic style and quality materials. Sadly, these sandals are not the Bernardo’s of old. The front footbed is extremely wide so it looks like they are too big—but the length is true to size. The ankle strap is a bit short but workable. I am desperate for a pair of flat, white, leather thing sandals that are not covered with bling or logos. The hunt continues.

Felt a little too short- leather between toes definitely too tight.

These were cute but were way too small. I couldn’t even get my whole foot in and I ordered my usual size.. something is definitely off with the sizing. I returned them.

Really looked flimsy

the platinum color was absolutely stunning. love the simplicity of this style, and the thin-ness of the straps. unfortunately, my pair was defective ~ could not make the ankle strap buckle at all, and i have thin ankles. not sure if this was just an errant pair, but had to return.

i loved these but i am returning after one wear. the sizing holes are not functional. i can put the buckle through the last hole to make them fit! its a design defect!

These shoes are nice quality but the toe area is way too round and wide. They do not taper the way your foot does so there is a lot of extra footbed in the front and it looks clownish. Returned.

Insole is very slippery. Gives me a feeling of instability. Sorry, had to return them. It's hard to find navy blue!

I returned these after buying. I didn't even try them on. Looked cheap

I'm a little bit disappointed. This sandals is comfortable because of the cushion in the footbed BUT the length of the strap(too short) and the position of the holes are not the same!! My heels get hurt because of that! I never have problems like this before and my ankle is quite narrow. Also, they are overpriced for that kind of quality.

I don’t understand these sandals. I ordered 2 pairs to try since I am between and 8.5 and a 9. The strap that goes around your foot is so short that it hardly catches in the buckle, forcing your foot all the way to the front if the sandal and leaving almost and inch of space behind the heal. Total design flaw.
