I always have trouble finding shoes because of really bad bunions on both feet. My feet are wide to begin with....so I was very happy to find these, as I need a flat shoe for work (I'm a teacher, and on my feet, running after the kids, all day long). These are bouncy and comfortable, right out of the box. Excellent quality too. You can tell they will last a long time since they are very well made. I did have trouble finding the right size at first, but that is due to my problematic feet & not the product. Often I order a size 9 or 9.5 because shoes are never wide enough for me. So I tried the 9 D width first. They were too long but not wide enough. So, thanks to Zappos easy return policy, I sent them back and got the 8.5 EE width. These were perfect, and I put them right on & taught all day in them! Another advantage: they don't look like "fat" shoes! In fact, they make your feet look smaller. I got them in the black, but the first pair I ordered was the redwood, which I also really liked as a terrific neutral. I will most likely order a 2nd pair in that color! Thank you Zappos, for carrying so many great shoes for those of us with unruly feet.

The toe box was a little snug and I am usually a 8 to a 8½; I ordered the 8½. They felt very wide, I wore them in the house and my feet kept coming out of them. I tried to put innersoles in to tighten them up but it did not work. I am not going to order them in the narrow because I am afraid that they will be too tight in the toe. Other than that they are very cute and exactly what I have been looking for: "not too flat" flats. The search continues...

These flats are extremely comfortable. I've worn them twice to my job and feel great support all day. However, like I've said, I've only worn them twice and unfortunately the toe has already a layer of color somehow scuffed off. Take a look at the picture attached. I really love the comfort and style of these shoes and want to wear them and recommend them to others, but the quality did not meet my standards.

First, let me say I have had these shoes for about 4 years now. They are very comfortable and the low heel is great. The only thing I don't like is the toes are scuffed up and peeling. If this was a solid leather upper, it shouldn't have the finish flake off. I only wear them about 10 times a year too.

Having purchased other Softspots shoes in the past I already knew I was a fan and when I saw this shoe I knew I had to give it a try: cute, not "too flat" flats available in wide. What's more, I loved the front buckle design. I found my previous pair of Softspots stretched over time to the point they became too big so I ordered a half size down with these shoes (usually wear 9, bought 8 1/2). They are perfect, I have been wearing them to work almost every day since I bought them. I wear them with skirts, pants, dresses and not had any discomfort -- even at the end of several very long days with considerable time on my feet. They are super versatile and super comfortable! I love Softspots. Only downside so far is the leather does tend to "scuff" a little but so far it hasn't really affected the overall appearance. And as always Zappos super fast shipping is amazing and a life saver. Love Zappos!
