I was just telling my husband that you guys must have the best warehouse sorting and packaging software in the world. This was especially insulting to him - since he set up most of the European warehouse software for Nike many years ago.

I want to first of all thank you for carrying shoes in extended sizes for women. As someone who needs a 12W, it is a challenge to find shoes, and practically impossible to find them in a store where I can try them on. I've been forced to rely on internet and catalog purchases, and between wait time and return shipping fees from most vendors, buying shoes was an experience that I dreaded. Your return policy allows me to try shoes on and return them without penalty if they don't fit, and I appreciate that! It allows me to try shoes that might otherwise have been too much of a risk to chance to return cost. The detailed information on the website also helps me make a better decision in the first place. I also have been absolutely thrilled with the fact that you have upgraded my shipping for free for the last two orders that I placed. Thank you again for your commitment to service.

I was involved in the shoe industry for 20 years - I am now retired. I met plenty of folks, good and bad; I watched the industry that I loved become a Wal-Mart-like bazaar. But I have a story about why I love Zappos - I met a buying group from Zappos at the Dansko booth at WSA, circa 2006. I was a small part of the sales presentation - and I will NEVER forget it. The folks from Zappos that I met that day were - so nice, professional and concerned about all the right things - like a breath of fresh air. From time to time, I would see one or two of those folks, and they would remember me with a honest "genuineness" that almost seemed old fashioned - love that! This is one of the many reasons that I have been a customer for years... But today you sent me an email telling me that you are rushing me my order - WHO DOES THAT? That is soooo AWESOME!! Keep up the good work!!

Just wanted to drop you folks a line and hopefully not interrupt any jolly green beer drinking time :) Wanted to let you all know that the shopping/ordering/shipping experience I had while on Zappos was exceptional! Give yourselves 2 thumbs way up. This was my first time shopping on Zappos, and I made the mistake of ordering a pair of shoes a half size too short, so I had to return them. You made the experience easy and swift. After receiving the in-store credit for the return I was able to promptly reorder the proper size shoes. Within an hour later, I got a notice that "It will ship out today, so you'll get it even faster than we originally promised!" Again; well done! I will recommend the site to everyone I know. Thanks for the nice experience.

Zappos is always fast and reliable. I always have my shoes within a day or two, even when I got one pair that didn't fit, Zappos said no problem - overnighted me the new size and sent me a box to ship the first size back at no cost to me. I will continue to buy my shoes through Zappos!

Looked all over town for Vans shoes for my son and were never able to find them. Then it dawned on me, why don't I check Zappos? When I first checked you were out of stock also, but I signed up to be notified when you got them back in. I received notification, ordered them and received them all within a week or so of signing up. ALWAYS wonderful service with Zappos, and my son couldn't be happier with his new shoes.

I bought this for my precious niece. I was on vacation in Puerto Rico and I ordered it on line for her birthday. The shipping was standard free shipping. Surprise surprise!!!! The clutch got to her next day because Zappos upgraded me for free to overnight. I also found an e-mail from them saying that they will upgrade me for free as a customer service thing.

My experience with Zappos was the best on line ordering experience!!!! These shoes are soooo comfortable and inexpensive if you buy them at Zappos. The are $30 to $40 more in stores, and even at the Sketchers web site.

I LOVE these! Plus, can I just say, Zappos is awesome! After looking at pages and pages of shoes, I fell in love with this pair. Unfortunately they weren't available in my size - no problem, though! Zappos found a 9 - I bought paid for regular shipping, but they emailed me and upgraded my shipping for FREE!! Woot woot! Thank you for the lovely shoes and awesome service!! :)
