I don't have a question but I wanted to tell you that you are simply amazing. I don't know how you do it but I ordered shoes for my three year old yesterday around 4 pm and they were delivered to my door by 1 pm today. That's less than 24 hours. It's simply amazing! I absolutely love you guys for that reason and for your amazing customer service. Thank you so much for your hard work and keep it up!

I just wanted to email to say thank you! Thank you for being you, thank you for great customer service, thank you for delivering on your promise and thank you for your core values! On Saturday, my husband and I were out with another couple when both men (wearing the same pair of Sperry flip flops) agreed they each needed a new pair. My friend told her husband "We can look for a new pair next weekend." I looked at my husband and said, "I'll order you a new pair on Zappos right now." My friend rolled her eyes as if I was crazy. I simply pulled out my phone, opened the app, found the exact shoes he wanted and pressed order. Much to my surprise, VIP shipping was available and the shoes are here less than 48 hours later! Amazing! I've read Delivering Happiness more times than most Zappos employees probably have, and I teach customer service as a fellow internet company, and so I am so pleased to see you all live what you teach!! You have gained a loyal customer! Sometimes these stories go viral internally, and sometimes they are read by no one. But to whomever reads this: Thank you! Keep up the amazing WOW experiences!
