I used the VIP site last night for the first time and could not believe how simple it was! I am overwhelmed with gratitude. I really don't know how to say thank you. I have spoken with several Zappos representatives over the last 6 months and one of them touched me in particular. I lost my Mom in April and since then I broke part of my foot. I’m not sure how my Mom came up in conversation, but she did. The representative was delightful, but I certainly didn't expect to receive a bouquet of flowers. I received them today and I am so touched by her gesture and the type of environment that Zappos fosters to have made this possible. This really made an impact on me and I wanted you all to know.

I really want to say thanks for replacing my order. I ordered a pair of Sanuk flip flops and forgot to update my shipping address. They were sent to my old house, which was completely my fault. I called you guys and was told a new pair would be at my new house the next day at no extra cost to me. I couldn't believe it. Anyway, I got them and I will forever be a customer of Zappos. I'm a bit ashamed for my delay on this note to certain very special people at this very unusual and loving company. I had surgery this past May, and let's just say all was not perfect. I'm improving, but it will still be sometime. Aside from that, this is what happened & changed me forever more. I called to order a pair of house slippers. I was blessed enough to get the kindest young man for a customer loyalty associate I've ever encountered. One thing led to another and we had a very pleasant conversation. He spoke highly and so respectfully of his Mother in some of our exchanging comments, it was obvious she had spent time and showed her son how much she truly loved him. I remember telling him to tell her for me how proud she should feel to be a Mother in today's world of such an outstanding young gentleman--there are few left. We just casually talked, this and that, I'm sure I bored him terribly, but it was such a pleasure to call a company and have someone like him to help me and be so considerate, especially with all that had been going on in my life. Unexpected surgery was just the last straw for me. I told my very special husband about him when he came home from work. He shops online from time to time, also. What transpired a couple of days later was beyond both our comprehension… My husband came in with this enormous box and he opens it and we both stood awestruck. There was a card and in the box were the loveliest lilies I'd ever seen. The amazing thing is, I'm more than sure the Zappos representative and I never discussed flowers, but what was in the box happened to be my favorite. God does work in mysterious ways! There was even a vase included. I have to tell you, we haven't gotten over this kindness and doubt we ever will. Sadly, like everyone else, our families barely gave me the time of day, which I knew hurt my husband. We keep your card on the fridge to remind us every day there's still good in our world. It was only signed Zappos, so I'm sending this to all. Whoever took the time, effort, and cared enough to do this for me has no idea what a profound difference they made in my life. It has to be one of the most loving acts of kindness another person besides my loving husband has ever shown me. I truly don't know what else to say. ‘Thank you’ seems so inadequate. But I do and will always remember this till I'm gone. And it wasn't just the flowers, lovely as they were...it was the generosity and kindness that melted my (our) hearts. Sorry this is long, but we wanted to convey our gratitude. I really wanted to write this so it would be more personal. Zappos will forever be in our hearts. God Bless each and every one of you and again, I cannot thank you enough.

I can't say enough about how great you guys are! I'm sure your staff knows that already, as do all of your loyal customers. I'm so grateful that my recent order was shipped way earlier than expected. I'd ordered comfy clogs because I work catering shifts on the weekends and had one coming up on Saturday. I was mad at myself for not ordering sooner, and UPS says my order will be in by tomorrow! I just wanted to drop a note and let you all know how awesome Zappos is! Not very many companies understand and provide good customer service, but you all aim to please. Sometimes I see shoes that are a little cheaper on other sites, but I prefer to buy them at Zappos.

I just wanted to thank you so much for everything you've done for me over this past week. To make a long story short, I'm a waitress, and I'm on my feet for up to 10 hours at a time. My feet had begun to ache all the time- even when I woke up the next morning! A friend recommended Crocs shoes, which I found on your website for the lowest price. I ordered a size 6, but when I received the shoes, they were a little too small! I was disappointed, but they were SO easy to ship back! So I ordered a size 7, and was surprised when I found out I had a free upgrade to next day shipping. That made my day! I received them this morning- and in time for my shift tonight! In closing, I just wanted to take a moment out of my day to express how impressed I am, and to thank everyone at Zappos for giving me such great customer service. It is so rare to find an online store these days which is so user-friendly and supportive. I will be a returning customer many times! Thank you so very much.

Dear Zappos, Words cannot express how thankful I am to you and your customer service team for the miracle you pulled to get me my shoes that I ordered on time for my sister's wedding. After they were shipped to the wrong address (totally my fault), I thought that I would not have them with two days out for the wedding. I received the shoes the next morning (having called at 9PM the previous evening), in the size I needed, and original style ordered. You guys are amazing and quick! I could not believe it! Well, Zappos is the best. It is unbelievable to me that you could take my call about a return (too large) in the afternoon, do the exchange without charging my credit card twice, give me free one day shipping both ways and arrange for the exchange item I asked for yesterday afternoon to arrive this morning at my door on my island where I live across the country. It is obvious that customer satisfaction is more important to Zappos than any profit on this transaction. Kudos. And by the way, this time it fits perfectly.

I would be happy to write a quote/ letter, saying how "I could use your site to dress all my characters on the movies and TV shows I work on. I can search exactly the style and color I need for the character I'm dressing, and have it delivered to my office, the very next day! In my daily need-it-now work life, Zappos has been my shoe savior for years... and now they have clothes!" if that's helpful... because I REALLY LOVE YOU GUYS!
