Hi there. Just wanted to let you know I received my Yellow Box Specified flip flops today and totally adore them! I love everything about the way you do business. I saw these on the web site but you didn't have my size. Later, I got your email saying you had them in. I got your one pair in a size 7 and was waiting with baited breath. My feet are a little wide and I was worried they wouldn't fit. Your return policy is so convenient that I rolled the dice and they are PERFECT!!!! I simply can't tell you how much I enjoy shopping at Zappos. Every single person I have ever talked to is always friendly and helpful. I especially love the videos so you can see how a pair of shoes looks on a person. I am a Yellow Box addict and the only thing you could do to make me even happier is to make an effort to get more Yellow Box flip flops in white. Thank everyone on your team for me.

I am writing as a very happy and now lifelong, loyal customer of Zappos.com. I came across your web site because a pair of Puma golf shoes was sold out on the Puma web site, so I searched the name of the shoes on Google, and Zappos.com was the first option on the list. Happy that my size was available, I placed my order late that Friday night and received my order confirmation the next day. Not only was I pleasantly delighted to have my shoes shipped out on a Sunday, I was even more surprised since Monday was a holiday. Then, when I received my shoes, I saw that the price had gone down online. I called your customer service line, and after listening to the joke of the day (hahaha), the representative credited my account in no time. I was so impressed that I spent the next hour researching and learning about the company, and wanted to express my respect and admiration for Zappos and its core values. It's no wonder why your people are always happy. I, myself, have worked for a Fortune company for the past 11 years, so I know what it's like to be proud of an organization. The jump to #6 was well deserved; it's only a matter of time before you hit #1. Tony Hsieh's story is an inspiration, as are the customer testimonials that continue to roll in. Your customer service rep graciously told me he would send out a new pair. To my surprise the new pair was on my doorstep within twelve hours. Your company is amazing. I've been shopping at Zappos a little bit here and there. I found myself on the site on Labor Day Monday and I placed an order. Much to my surprise, I received an email on Tuesday that my items would be shipped faster and at no charge and that they'd already been picked and shipped. Wednesday, I had my shoes. I was so excited. What a wonderful way to build customer loyalty and show appreciation. I thought it was brilliant and I just wanted to say so. I find myself back shopping on the site today. It usually takes something fabulous for me to feel the need to actually send something like this in. Keep up the excellent customer service and appreciation and you will have a fan for life. I really would love to be a part of the Zappos Family because it is an amazing business that you guys are a part of, and to be able to be proud of where you work is a blessing that very few of us have. In my limited experience with Zappos (2 orders) I have had nothing but great (awesome) surprises. Not only did I get my deliveries UBER-Early, but I am overly satisfied. If Zappos is a public company, I'm buying stock. If not, I'm telling all my friends. Truly, truly amazing that a company, especially nowadays, actually cares once the order is paid for. Major props to you and your diligence! I never actually refuse to do testimonials, but should you need one, look no further. Best service ever!

Why I love Zappos... When I was a kid growing up in a large family, we only got one pair of shoes to start the school year. So if I chose “girly” shoes I couldn't play sports, and if I chose “rugged” shoes, I had to wear them with dresses. By summer, the shoes were either worn through or outgrown. We usually went barefoot all summer. Needless to say, I became obsessed with shoes at an early age. I love ZAPPOS because there are endless options at amazing prices with a shipping and return policy that just makes it so easy to shop, choose, buy, and enjoy 365 days a year! I wish I could hug you all!

Fantastic customer service!! I bought a pair of work shoes that were a little too small. I processed by return label and made a small comment about needing a half size larger. That next day my shipment was out shipping to my address! That previous day when I arrived from work the package was on my doorstep! The half size fit perfect, and Zappos is awesome! To Zappos, I am a huge fan of your family. A story that portrays my feelings for Zappos follows: I was just in Miami this past weekend with my girlfriend celebrating our two year anniversary. While we were out walking on Lincoln Rd., we came across a cool shoe store. In the store, there happened to be a unique pair of Supras (a shoe of which I have become quite fond of). My girlfriend encouraged me to purchase the shoes as I contemplated the situation. After some thought, I paused and looked at her, immediately upset. Was this a test? Had she suddenly changed the makeup of her character? How could she possibly be okay with me cheating on Zappos, let alone encouraging me to do so?! I didn't hesitate. I looked right at her and said, “If you do not want to participate in consumer loyalty with me than I think we've reached the end of our road together.” I dropped down to one knee pretending to have a stomachache from being upset, but as she leaned forward in shock to console me, I quickly untied her shoes. I then got up and as I ran away I turned and yelled, “Enjoy your unreliable shoes that were not purchased from Zappos,” and I never looked back. Ok, ok, not all of that is true. I didn't really break up with my girlfriend because she's pretty sweet and she was only encouraging me to indulge in something she felt would “deliver me happiness.” But I couldn't help but to compare my relationship with her to my relationship with you guys. Just as I am dedicated and loyal to her, I feel the same way towards Zappos. It felt wrong purchasing a shoe from someone else, and because of your loyalty to service, I have made a commitment to you guys which I will continue to honor. I just wanted you to know that you guys have made a positive impact on my life. Your company is about way more than just material goods.

Dear Zappos, I want to thank any and all of your loyalty team for being just that...loyal. Loyal to the customers, loyal to your company, and loyal to your mission of keeping people happy! Something as simple as making a return and as easy as making a purchase. Like most people I find myself running from my job to running to all of my kids activities. I do not usually have time to run from store to store-which by the way do not offer the customer service that ZAPPOS does!
