YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST! I ordered snow boots for my son yesterday because Wisconsin is expecting a lot of snow tonight and tomorrow and I wasn't prepared. I ordered them late and was thinking I wouldn't get them before the snow came. I just checked my order status and they're out for delivery! But I could have written this same email 1000 times over because you guys have the best customer service in the country! And I'm not exaggerating. Thank you so much. Dear Zappos, I have always hated online shopping. This year we moved from the states to a military base overseas. I have to turned to shopping online to get my favorite brands. I have encountered sites that would not deliver to an APO address, sites that only half of their inventory would deliver to APO, sites that it takes me more than a month to get my order, and most often sites that make me pay for any returns. Zappos beats the competition hands down! I recommend this site to everyone I know! EVERY issue I have had has been resolved quickly and above my expectations. I still hate online shopping, but only when I am not on Zappos.com. Keep up the great work! Thanks for supporting military families abroad with great service and just being an overall great company!

Hi, Everyone: Just wanted to say I enjoyed the TV Article on the workings of Zappos. Appears everyone was having a great time. And what a boss!!!!!! I worked for 42 years and never had a boss like you. What lucky cusses, at least from what I could tell. As for performance, I do not know of any company that can do what you do, with the expertise behind those cubicles. Congratulations for the national attention and, of course, I will continue to shop with Zappos even though sometimes I must return an item. Not that I want to, but ordering shoes over the internet is a little difficult and sometimes they just do not fit. Again, congratulations and keep up the good work.

I had to write and tell you what a great company I think you are. For years I have purchased soccer cleats for my daughter from you. We usually order between 6-10 pairs so she has a variety to try on. As a VIP customer I receive my order in one day. If something is a little small or big, I just get online and order the next size up or down and receive it the next day. She selects the best ones and we return the rest, all FREE of shipping and handling charges. And if that is not good enough, she had selected a pair and never wore them, but months had passed and I wasn't sure about returning them, but you said “No problem, send them back for a FULL.” Now here's the amazing thing that almost never happens in today’s world: She wore a pair of Nike cleats for 6 months and they fell apart--literally the cleats started to fall off and the boot began to peal, clearly a Nike quality issue, not Zappos. When I contacted you, you said “No problem, send them back for a full worn refund.” You are truly a great American company. I will continue to buy from you and I will tell everyone to shop with you, thanks Zappos!!!! P.S. When I retire from my job I would like to move so I can try and get a job with you!!

I was supposed to attend a wedding in May 2010, I ordered my shoes from you guys as I do for most of my shoes and my son's shoes since he wears a size 14-15. My shoes arrived and were delivered to my porch but I wasn't home, I was with a friend shopping. The skies started looking weird, then we found out we were having tornadoes all across the state (I live in Oklahoma), anyway my friend and I took shelter, we thought about going to my house but didn't have time to get there. Well one of the tornadoes took a direct hit on my home, it was approx. 2 football fields wide and winds of 175 MPH. Needless to say it took my home to the ground, my home was only 7 years old solid brick but you couldn't even tell what it was once we were allowed to go back into my neighborhood. Needless to say my shoes were gone with the wind so to speak. I contacted Zappos cust. service, explained my situation, new shoes were sent to my temp. address and one of the biggest most beautiful bouquet of flowers I have ever seen and a card expressing their deepest sorrow for my loss, I cried that was so sweet, you guys are so great, and more human than any other company I have ever dealt with. I lost my expensive Frye boots in that tornado as well and all my other shoes and clothes, so the flowers, replacement shoes, and wonderful card was just what I needed to let me know someone in a large company cared so much, this all happened May 10th 2010, sorry I have not contacted you guys sooner to say thank you! We have just got settled in our new home which is not on the same property, my husband and I could imagine living there again, we still own the property, the remains of the house were bull dozed down, and the property is up for sale, so we have been so busy that is why it has taken me so long to say thank you. I only buy my shoes from Zappos unless it's like outside gardening type shoes that are going to get all dirty and trashed out because I love to work in the yard. My husband and I have been seeing a therapist since, here in Oklahoma they test the emergency sirens on Saturdays at noon, and I just can't get past that because that horrible day the sirens went on forever! Thank you once again, keep up the great work you guys do, I will love Zappos forever!!!

I don't know if you are told this enough, but I totally appreciate the way you fill orders so quickly and free shipping and returns. I made an order to a home shopping network (you didn't have the bag) on October 23rd. I am still waiting for my order. Plus I paid shipping for it. How stupid am I. I won't make this mistake again. Dear Zappos, If the rest of American businesses would adopt your attitude, or at least the attitude you display with customers, this country would be in fabulous shape, economically. I love shopping with you and wish I could spend more. I am returning my Merrell boots only because they did not fit. But guess what? I found another pair of Merrells through you and they look like they should be great - they are a tad bit larger in the foot and a bit larger in the calf--AND best of all for Chicago, are waterproof. So, I can't wait to get the new pair, and I'm taking the original ones over to the UPS store in a few minutes. Thanks for making shopping so easy, intelligent, user friendly, and courteous. Wow -- I just wanted to say thank you SOOO much! I ended up ordering the right size, calling right back and ordering the wrong size, receiving the shoes and realizing I had to go back to the original size -- crazy customer! Not only did you offer me a coupon to price match the outlet price (close with taxes and shipping), but the phone representative who took my call to re-order the size 8's, expedited the shipping and I received them yesterday instead of Friday! Y'all are an amazing company and you truly get it. A loyal customer is worth its weight in gold and it changes everything. I wish you continued success and will remain a loyal customer and spread the word.

Hey, you dudes are great. Today at the McMurdo Janitorial department meeting we had Marcie give you guys a call for the joke of the day, and BAM, it was Marcie's joke and a lovely dedication to us. You guys warmed our hearts. I brought the whole crew down to my office and we gathered around my desk so they could listen on speakerphone. Oh how it makes me feel good to see my team smiling. Seriously, a gesture as awesome as this from you guys makes a difference in the morale of my team. We live in a place that is fun; it has a lot going on like parties and other such events (dodgeball, etc.), but being so far away from friends and family, and working a pretty monotonous job for sixty hours a week can take its toll, so really, your niceness is appreciated. Hi, I am a VIP customer. I ordered a shoe that, despite my careful reading of the reviews regarding size, was way too big for me in my usual size. I called in because I couldn't figure out how to do a return/exchange from the web site. The woman who answered me was extremely nice and helpful, and the smaller pair of shoes came the next day after I ordered them around 4 pm. I was very impressed. I have sort of a love/hate relationship with shopping; i.e. I want to shop but am careful about spending money. I can honestly say Zappos makes it a pleasure to do the shopping, and somehow spending is okay. You do that with amazing service and a sense of fun, and I appreciate it.

I would like to extend a huge THANK YOU to Zappos and your staff for replacing a pair of stolen shoes for my youngest toddler. We ordered New Balance shoes and within 2 weeks of having them they were stolen from a Las Vegas park. Zappos was kind enough to replace them free of charge. In today's economy it was a huge help and a kind gesture. I will definitely look to Zappos when purchasing my family's shoes because of this gracious act.

I have never emailed customer service before, even when I've received horrible service. I have to say, I am ridiculously happy with the customer service I've received from Zappos. I ordered a pair of shoes, my first order from Zappos.com ever, and received them; they were a bit small. I filled out the return form online and clicked on the wrong form of return last night. I called around 9:30pm and the woman easily changed it for me. She then told me if I wanted to exchange it, she could easily do it for me. She ordered me a new pair and upgraded me to VIP Zappos to get free overnight shipping. She told me to expect my shoes around Monday or Tuesday since it was late and your company was updating its network. I say no problem and was very happy. I received an email last night saying my shoes have shipped and I checked the tracking number this morning and it says my shoes will here by today! I can't believe I placed an order so late last night and am getting them today. Thank you so much for your exceptional service. I will be ordering from your company whenever I can get the chance!
