Dear Shoe lovers, Unfortunately I can't go on Zappos site any more. I have filled my quota of ten pairs that my daughter is lugging down for me at Christmas time. I spent two days on their site, surfing with a huge smile on my face, I loved so many, I had to keep adding and deleting. Ordered seven pairs and snuck on the site one more time, yup you guessed it, bought three more pairs. Who ever the genius is that set up their site, is a miracle worker. Such ease to spend my money. I felt like a conductor leading an orchestra, "Ooh give me those, ooh those too, oh my gosh give me those." I have retired my baton for this year and long to take a peek but I'll get throttled if I buy one more pair. Ten stars for design, another ten for selection, here's ten more for customer service, did I mention no shipping charge? Kiss me you fool, Ilove you. Be well and happy! With affection,

Just to let you know that every time I shop with you guys, you impress me more. I just placed my order this morning, and got notification a couple hours later that my order was shipped! Instead of standard shipping, as requested, you upgraded my shipping at no additional cost. Now that is what I call customer service! You have gone above and beyond my expectations. I have had nothing but good experiences with you. Your communication with your customers and sales/marketing strategy are very impressive, especially for an online merchant like yourself. The frequency of follow-up emails is just right to remind me about you, without inundating me with spam (incidentally, your email to me today prompted me to visit your website and subsequently buy a pair of Pumas on impulse). I don't mind buying on impulse on your site, because if they don't fit right or suit my tastes as much as I had expected, I have the comfort of knowing that I can have them shipped back for free with minimal fuss. Your variety of styles, sizes, and widths make it a very convenient place to buy shoes for friends and family as well. Anyway, I just wanted to send out my praise for your efforts in making your site my #1 shoe-buying source. I hope that you can maintain the same quality of service, and wish you continued success.

I just wanted to take a minute and let you know that I am flabbergasted by how Zappos does business. This is my third purchase from Zappos and I am just astounded that in this day and age, a company is so willing to...make me happy! I mean, in many ways, the service and prices that you have given me are practically the stuff of legend. My 2nd order was upgraded to 2nd day shipping. Just because! A nice surprise to be sure. My most recent order that I placed today was even better. Not only did your 110% price protection save me substantially, but throw in free shipping (even if I need to return an item - that is free too?!) as well as FREE 2nd day shipping?! And all of this with no questions asked! Just a yes and even, "I'm sorry they didn't have your size in stock, but I am going to go ahead and give you the price protection as a courtesy anyways." I have all ready been working on extolling your virtues to anyone that will listen to me! And let's not forget that I don't need to battle with the hordes and drones at the local mall either. Between your pricing, your customer service and your strikingly clear interest in my business, I can say one thing: I hope Zappos never goes anywhere because I am not going anywhere(else) either. Cripes, anyone who reads this would think that I am paid spokesperson or something - what can I say. Zappos really is that good and that amazing. I have been so pleased with Zappos service and the quality of the shoes & boots I've ordered. When I did have a little glitch in shipping of one order, you immediately made things right. How many companies rise to that level of good customer service. Hardy any- Zappos customer service level is higher than any brick and mortar store or other on line retailer. Way to go!!!
