Just tonight I told a bunch of my family at my mom's church supper about Zappos. I see Zappos boxes in recycle bins in my 'hood so I know the word is good. Even one of my best friends started using you, I see, after she saw I got her style shoe from you (the ones I had to send back, oddly enough). Anyway, my family was impressed. I have a huge family. Thank you so much. When I receive the size 10 shoes, I will return them to you promptly. Don't know how I managed to order the wrong size. Every time I am on your website and browse around or buy, I leave thinking what a perfect place! LOVE your selections, the way it's set up, the ease of completing the sale, the way I can see the details of a shoe, etc. I especially love the bag section and how I can view it on a models arm. It's the best way to see it and even high end retailers doesn't show it that way. Thank you, thank you. I will continue to visit often! Even returns are phenomenal! I will be honest ... I originally ordered these shoes from another company on 12/07/06. That same day I received an email from them letting me know what my order number was and giving me a link to track my order. On 12/13/06 I checked on my order and saw that it was on hold. I sent an email to the company asking them why it was on hold, and the reply I received said that the order was on hold because the shoes were no longer available and that I should have received an email advising me of this, which I didn't. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from them again in the future. The next time I need to order shoes, it will definitely be from you, and if anyone else I know needs shoes, I will be sure to tell them about your website. Thanks again so much!!!
