Wow! I was amazed at how quickly we received our order! My son was so excited... Wearing a size 16 shoe makes it difficult because he can never try his size on... thanks for the free shipping both ways... Now we're not afraid to order on line and have to make a return if the shoe doesn't fit. Thank you! We'll be shopping again from Zappos when we move up to a new size!!!! Early this morning I was meeting with a Real Estate agent for the first time at his office nearby our office. We were waiting for his boss to meet with us and I mentioned I work for ZAPPOS.COM. He sat back and said, Zappos,...hmmmmm, I heard of them (he's originally from New York.) He said I sounded so excited about the company I worked for, so when his boss walked into the conference room, he immediately told him that I work for zappos.com, and how great of a company it is. His boss said, I just heard about Zappos a few days ago for the first time myself. I was sitting in a restaurant and this lady who was dressed very nicely asked another woman (or vise versa?) where did you get those shoes? The lady responded at zappos.com... It's amazing to me how the name sticks so well in people's minds. The real estate agent actually looked at me and said, I need to get on line and take a look at you website right away! Sincerely,

I received the purse at my office quickly. I have never ordered a product on line over the weekend and received my order this quickly. We placed an order with Zappos.com for the first time yesterday. My middle school son wanted a skateboarding shoe with fun colors. On your web site, we discovered many, many choices and made our selection. Our order was time stamped at 2:36 pm MST. To our utter astonishment and disbelief, our doorbell rang before we knew it with the shoe delivery! SO QUICK! We would have been very satisfied with a week to 10 days delivery. Therefore, our expectations were greatly exceeded. Further, I called your toll-free phone number to register our compliment, and the customer service women I spoke with in Nevada was well spoken, polite and personable. So many people only contact Customer Service to complain, but I wanted to express my gratitude for an outstanding experience. I placed my order on-line. I was happy to see you offered free shipping. Being that the holidays were so close, and the Uggs I ordered were to be a gift, I was worried about receiving my package in a timely manner. I called the Customer Service number and was greeted by a friendly and professional representative named Holly who assured me that I would receive my package the in no time. This morning, I arrived at work and found the Zappos box on my desk. What a pleasant surprise. YOU GUYS (and whoever your parcel delivery service is - would you pass this on to them too???)ARE AWWWWWWWEEEEEESOME!!! I placed my order at around 1a.m. or so on Saturday morning/Sunday morning, and the box was on my porch by IN NO TIME!!! BEYOND BELIEF!!! Better than that, the boots we ordered are great! Great quality, great price. I have to tell you that first I scoured Payless, Wal-Mart, Target, and K-Mart in a futile attempt to find a decent pair of winter boots for my son...every last option was either lousy quality or the wrong size. It was in sheer desperation that I went on line - and lo and behold, the first pair I ordered from you (granted at a SLIGHTLY higher price, but GREATLY better quality and service!!!!) was THE ONE!!!! What a relief. (you know where I'll be shopping FIRST next year!! ;-) THANK YOU SO, SO MUCH for the worlds greatest on line shopping experience!!!! My son appreciates it too!!!!

Zappos provides service that goes beyond expectation! I ordered Keen clogs, they hurt the top of my foot. I researched found a pair of Clarks… ordered over the phone...received the return label via email. I dropped the return at UPS and my new shoes (that fit great) arrived today! Outstanding. I will tell the story and I will continue to buy my shoes from Zappos!

I really appreciate the quick turnaround and refund for a too-narrow shoe you gave. My wife's mother lives in Ukraine. Their shoes are terrible. We got her a pair of waterproof boots for last Winter, and this year I wanted to get her something for a nice occasion that would still fit a foot widened by a lifetime of hard farm labor. I don't have a question, I just have a comment. I needed to make two customer service phone calls today. I had to call Zappos and my residential phone carrier. I received such poor service from my phone carrier that it put me in a terrible mood and left me frustrated with customer service in general... until I called Zappos. As I always do, I received such outstanding customer service from Zappos that I actually hung up the phone smiling. I just wanted to say thank you.

I just wanted to commend Zappos regarding my recent purchase. The boots I ordered were beyond my expectations! I just love them, they feel great on, and they actually fit my calf. Thanks again Zappos you've gained a new customer. Just to think I was going to have to order from a website based out of U.K. since they specialize in larger calf size boots.
