This is at least the third time I have contacted you to say, "WOW!" "THANKS A LOT!" "YOU ARE THE BEST!" "I AM SO IMPRESSED!" etc., etc. I ordered my Adidas Supernova slides on the 23rd, and I had them the 24th - "HOLY CUSTOMER SERVICE, BATMAN!" You can believe that I am recommending Zappos to anyone who asks me where I get my shoes. As Elvis would say, "Thank you - thank 'ya very much!"

You have successfully accomplished what NO other Internet store has - you totally blew my mind! After seeing my pair of Earth shoes (that I bought from Zappos), my husband wanted a pair. So - Tues night (after 8:00pm EST) I placed the order. Did not get a chance to check my emails on Wed. but on my way home from work I called - my husband tells me he is WEARING the new shoes I ordered less than 24 hrs prior!! When I got home, I checked my email - I found your note telling me that my order had been upgraded to next day delivery - as a thank you! Less than 2 hours after I placed the order, your team had them shipped. Now THAT is a mind-blower!!!! I do 90% of my shopping via Internet & I have NEVER seen this kind of service. I am proud to say you are now my one and ONLY Internet shoe store. I still can't believe that we rec'd this order so fast. It was as if you shipped them before I even ordered them! The fact that you care enough about your customers to go this extra mi le to "WOW" them is something you don't see much anymore. I can promise you that I WILL tell all my friends and family about Zappos! Thank you for making my day!

Dear Zappos, Your recent service to me was absolutely amazing. Thank you! I waited FOREVER through another company to receive boots I should have ordered through Zappos in the first place. I will never again shop at a department store or another shoe website for shoes that you have in stock. My 2 day order was shipped overnight, just to be nice! I received boots I had been waiting for the day after I ordered them from your website, and I can't thank you enough. It’s been extremely cold where I live, thus why I ordered boots. Now we have severe cold setting in, and your great service has allowed me to get my boots promptly, helping my walk to work is much more pleasant (now that I have my super warm boots!). With free returns, you can't go wrong, and your prices are completely fair. I also emailed a question that was answered in very good time via email. This was my first purchase from Zappos. It will not be my last. I can not figure out how I ordered exercise shorts at 10 PM and they were delivered in less than 24 hours instead of 72 hours at no additional charge and the price was 17% less than the lowest price I could find and no tax. I would just like thank Zappos for the great service you provide. On my most recent order, one of the pairs of shoes ordered for my wife did not fit. So I re-ordered them in a different size at around 6:00pm at night expecting the two day shipping. The shoes came the very next day almost before I had returned the pair that did not fit via your pre-paid UPS shipping. My wife was both pleased and amazed. Thanks for providing great shoe selections and service.

I actually was searching for a comment card of sorts on your website but didn't find anything. Your staff has been incredibly helpful and friendly in this whole shoe mix-up. From start to finish, your customer service representatives have made doing business with Zappos a delight. Even though there was a mix up, I never felt agitated or frustrated at all. Since I am in the military, stationed in Germany, it is a true blessing to find such a great company, like Zappos, that is easy and a joy to shop from. Thank you for all your patience and kindness!

All I can say is you guys are the LEADERS in customer service!!!! I have been ordering from you for several years now and have been nothing short of overjoyed, but this week further proves my point. Sequence of events: 1/24 - Shoes.com order (early a.m.) 1/25 - Shoes.com shipment confirmation 1/26 - Hoping order will arrive on 1/29 (paid for 2-day air on "Wednesday" but didn't actually ship until Thursday) 1/25 - Zappos.com order (late a.m.) 1/25 - Zappos.com shipment confirmation 1/26 - Zappos.com order DELIVERED!! (FREE SHIPPING) 'Nuff said!! Now if there was a way I could receive notification whenever you received new shipments in my shoe size I'd NEVER have to look elsewhere (wishful thinking). From a woman who LOVES beautiful shoes but HATES Department Store/Mall shopping, keep doing what you do. I'm LOVIN IT!

I cannot believe your stupendously fabulous customer service!!!! I am already wearing my new MBT's in the correct size! That is thanks to your company shipping them overnight air! I am still pinching myself because another "famous" croc of a company has had my return since 1/2/2007 and still has not processed the refund nor the reorder correctly!!!! OW!!! You are amazing...I placed this order at what? Around 6 pm on Thursday...You confirmed at 8:20 and shipped at 1:38 AM...Do you people not sleep??? I've never ordered from your site before, but one of my friends said it was fantastic. After looking for a certain pair of shoes I wanted desperately, my boyfriend begged me to just buy them on line. He couldn't handle anymore show stores. Even Puma's website didn't have what I was looking for, but you did! It was a good price, and what I really can't believe is that you got them to Northern Wisconsin the next day. I placed this order around 8:30 or 9! Thanks so much!
