I just wanted to thank your company for getting me my shoes in the fastest shipping method I have ever experienced and without having to pay an arm and a leg to get them. I love the fact that you offer next day shipping FREE! You must be the only company on the face of the planet that does anything this fabulous for your customers. Like I said, I am truly amazed at how quickly my order arrived. I ordered my shoes on Thursday and they arrived today---Friday! I just had my most remarkable Internet shopping experience in 12 years. I ordered a pair of shoes yesterday evening and they arrived today before lunch. Less than 18 hours had elapsed, and I ordered well after business hours. I don't know how you managed to do it - it's almost as if you knew what I was going to order and had it ready even before I clicked "checkout." As a bonus, the shoes fit perfectly. Simply amazing - keep it up!

I just received the order that I placed yesterday. I ordered four pairs of burgundy/wine colored shoes to match new dress. I am SO pleased! Each and every pair matched the dress PERFECTLY! Now the hardest part will be to decide which pair to wear! Your colors are so true to the images on the screen that it's unbelievable! That seems such a hard thing to do with the Internet these days. You guys are absolutely AMAZING. I've been spoiled by your warp-speed shipping and processing for a few years now, but I didn't think even you could get a pair of shoes (ordered at 9:00 pm nonetheless) to my door the next day - and for FREE! I am in awe, and other online retailers are green with envy. Why you ask, because each time I place an order online and it takes several days to receive it and they reply that it's "standard" shipping time...I happily drop a line or two about how Zappos views the idea of "standard." Your company is anything but "standard," and that is why I will forever be a loyal customer and a happy advertiser! Keep up the unbelievably good work! Hello, I have ordered a few pairs of shoes from Zappos in the past and have always been pleased with your service. I was always surprised with how quickly the packages came though I was never in a particular rush to receive them. I'm writing to tell you that I placed an order with another online retailer on the 9th and had to call to request express shipping. However, I was told that it was unavailable and that my package would not arrive by the time I needed it. I asked to cancel the order and customer service said that it probably wouldn't be a problem because it hadn't shipped yet. They informed me that I would receive an e-mail confirming the cancellation, if it hadn't been too far along in the process. Though it hadn't shipped yet, I suppose it was "too far along" because I never received an e-mail. Remembering the prompt service I had gotten in the past, I quickly ordered a different pair of shoes. A few hours later, I got an e-mail saying that they had shipped. I just had to write to someone there to tell you how amazed I am by your incredible customer service. Recently I ordered a pair of shoes and received them in less than 48 hours. I order many shoes but also return most of them. I have a difficult time finding shoes that fit due to a small size, breaks, surgeries and continuing foot problems. You make it so easy to return shoes and are so quick to credit my credit card. Your communications are greatly appreciated as well. I recently ordered a pair of shoes from another on-line store and decided out very quickly it wasn't going to happen again. Thank you and never change!
