I just had to write to recognize your company as my new FAVORITE online store. I ordered 5 pairs of shoes at 10:00 pm last night and received them today by 10:00 am!! Not only was the shipping a speed record, it was FREE!!! I called to request a different size in one shoe and within 1 minute the shoes were ordered, a return label was emailed to me and my new shoes were on their way! Again, ALL FREE SHIPPING!! I have had multiple back surgeries and walking in shopping malls is incredibly painful! Now, I can order beautiful, comfortable, well priced shoes from the comfort of my couch. My friends all think I'm crazy because I've called and emailed EVERYONE I know to tell them how great Zappos.com is. I will NEVER shop anywhere else for shoes. I have NEVER spent $400 on a pair of shoes in my life but the Taryn Rose pumps I purchased are the most comfortable, butter-soft leather I have ever felt. I can barely walk in sneakers but am very comfortable in these pumps. THANK YOU and keep up the great work!

I hope that Columbia keeps this watch in their line and continues to offer it to your customers. As a former jeweler and watchmaker I have an eye for styling, comfort and functionality. This proves that not all good watches need to be expensive to get quality and looks at the right price. The yellow dial color scheme is an eye catcher and is very pleasing to look at as well. Just received a pair of shoes for my toddler the day after I ordered them. Amazing. Wanted to write and thank you for the great way you do business. We live in a small town and couldn't even find Stride Rite shoes or anything in a wide. One of the shoe stores said it would take "a week or two" just to get a catalog. A friend told us about your web site and what a pleasant surprise that is. We will definitely tell our friends about Zappos.

Dear Zappos, I have one small complaint on my recent order...I purchased 4 pairs of shoes and one pair of slippers. I was prepared to send some if not all the shoes back due to size, comfort or looks. To my amazement, all the shoes fit perfect! All were very comfortable. All the shoes felt like I was wearing slippers. And all my shoes looked great. So my only complaint is that now I have to keep and pay for all of them (ha-ha). I truly did not expect to purchase 5 pairs of shoes on line and be happy with all of them. I have an odd size and wide width shoe, so I have only been able to find shoes that fit on your website. I also could not believe how quickly I received my order. It actually arrived the day after I placed my order. I placed my order after 8 pm so I am not sure how you can do that. I even received my order the day before you emailed me my tracking number. Your service is way too fast and way too good. Not sure how you expect to improve, oh wait, you don't have to. I love my shoes and I love Zappos. You have a loyal customer and I am telling all my family and friends. I will continue to buy from Zappos. Great job to all! Have a great day. Sincerely,

I just got a notice that the shoes I ordered would be sent free next day shipping. That is the kind of thing I love about Zappos!!! I always look to your site when I am in need of shoes. Even though I work in downtown San Francisco where shoes are abundant at department stores etc., it is just an easier experience to buy shoes on line from you then go to the store after work when I am tired! Your return policy is great and your selection is great. I love ordering on line because it is so simple and I can do it anytime. Your service is also not to be beat. Once I tried to buy a pair of shoes from a competitor and they never came! I asked them what happened and they said that they no longer had the shoes. They never informed me of this whatsoever during or after I ordered them on line. It was ridiculous. Never again will I shop with them but I will stick to Zappos because you guys make it easy and great for me!

Hey there "Loyalty Team!" Just wanted to let you know that I've told everyone I meet about Zappos! The selections are vast, Customer Service is suburb and no one can compare to you. I noticed there is an on line store trying to emulate Zappos - it's called Endless shoes. They are offering a $5 reduction on all shoes and they pay for overnight shipping. I'm glad Zappos decided to overnight free as well. Hey, I'll pay the extra $5 for the great customer service at Zappos.

Tuesday, my husband and I went to every mall in the Richmond, Virginia area looking for a pair of shoes for our 15 month old son. We did not want the typical Stride Rite shoe, and were looking for something that you do not see too many babies wearing. After an eight hour venture, my husband finally decided to look on line to see what was offered. I was a little hesitant to order on line since I couldn't tell how the shoe would fit or looked on our son. We made our purchase at about 8:00 p.m. e.s.t. and were expecting our order to be here by Friday. I thought that there was not anyway that we could get overnight shipping since we placed our order so late, but was I ever wrong. I received a confirmation email stating that the products had already been shipped and gave my tracking number. When I checked the status with UPS, I was shocked to see that the order was already in Richmond. I received the order at about 1:00p.m. e.s.t. I just wanted to let everyone know that my husband and I will no longer shop in shoes stores, only online at Zappos.com. We placed an order and received it less than 24 hours later. I am not sure what you all are doing, but whatever it is, PLEASE keep it up! The shoes are perfect. I could not have asked for anything better. I hope that this email is shared with all the hard working employees who help get my order together. Once again, thank you very much for the promptness and accuracy of my order. We are a five member family who will now buy all of our shoes for Zappos.com. Keep up the good work!!!

Hi! I ordered a pair of Adidas Sambas from you guys last night at around 8:00pm. First, I was blown away that you guys offered free overnight shipping, as that is practically unheard of. Secondly, your price can't be beat on these shoes. Believe me, I checked! And finally, even though I ordered them late last night, you guys shipped them so quickly that they are actually on a UPS truck for delivery to my home this morning! I just wanted to tell you that you provide the best customer service I've encountered in an on line business. I had no desire to buy shoes on line, since you can't see what you are buying. But I cannot find women's shoes in narrow widths in the stores, and a friend told me about your site. The site is extremely well designed, easy to navigate, flexible for searching, quickly updated, with all of the information needed easily accessible. Having 1-day shipping paid in both directions and a simple process for returns convinced me to try an order for the first time. Though my first choices were unsuccessful and I returned them, I just tried again after another failed round in the local stores. The shoes that I selected this time are what I needed. Though I don't buy shoes often, I will come back to Zappos when I do. And you can be assured that I will tell everyone I know about your excellent website and service. Thank you.

Hello. I wanted to send a quick email and comment on several recent orders I made at Zappos.com. I have bad foot problems, am a nurse, and work 12-14 hour shifts. I have a difficult time finding shoes in the store that fit well and that are comfortable. My dad has ordered from you guys in the past and had a great experience. So, when I was looking for shoes, he mentioned trying Zappos. My first order I had 6 pairs of shoes sent to me. I ordered them at like 9pm, and they had arrived, free of shipping by 2pm the following day, I was amazed!! However, since I couldn't try them on, it ended up that I bought a size too big and had to order all the same shoes in a smaller size. To make a long story short, I ended up not liking the fit of some of the shoes (obviously to no fault of Zappos) and ordered several more shoes before finally finding the perfect shoe in the perfect size. I felt bad placing so many orders, returning so many shoes, and almost taking "advantage" of Zappos wonderful shipping program. I LOVED getting the shoes the very next day and being able to return them hassle free!! I could even get the shipping label on line and send the box with the UPS man the next day!! You guys are truly wonderful in more ways than just the shipping aspects!! I can honestly say I don't think I will purchase shoes anywhere else from now on. I plan on buying a second pair of the same shoe I decided on!! I just wanted you guys to know that your business is wonderful and that you have one VERY satisfied family that will only buy shoes from Zappos from now on!! Keep up the wonderful work!!
