I only have one word to describe Zappos.com, "awesome"! In this day and age, you never know exactly what you're going to get when you shop online. Zappos.com is the exception. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes for the first time on your site last evening and was in total shock to have them sitting at my doorstep the very next day. Unbelievable. I had to read more about the Zappos.com background and was so enlightened by your founder's description of the history of Zappos.com. He was absolutely right...service is everything, and most other online retailers don't understand that usually it only takes one mistake to lose a customer forever. Your vision is right on target and if you continue to demonstrate your philosophy, I guarantee your business will inevitably grow as far as you want it to. The abstracts about your Management Team are excellent (and I did notice a lot of Harvard and Stanford grads). The bottom line is that as busy as a businessman that I am, I definitely felt it was worth taking time out to acknowledge your efforts and thank you for making Zappos.com a reality. It has been a pleasure to be your #1 customer.

I just had to take the time to compliment your wonderful service. With a toddler who loves shoes, but does NOT love being fitted for them, your website has allowed me the opportunity to try her shoes on at home. I can then send them back, no questions, if they don't fit, without spending an extra penny. Oh, and did I mention I have a year to send them back? Your free shipping policy is like no other company. Our most recent order arrived in 12 HOURS! 12 hours. Unheard of. And the selection is unmatched. Brands and styles I wouldn't be able to find locally even if I wanted to try. It's like having a shoe store in my home. I have told anyone and everyone I can think of to shop Zappos for their kids and for themselves. It will continue to be the first place I go for shoes for my little girl. Thank you SO MUCH!
I plan to tell everyone I see over the next week (and longer!) just what an awesome experience I've had with you all. Earlier in the week I ordered a pair of sandals and received them the next day (free of charge.) They were a little too big so I mailed them back (free of charge once again!) and ordered the next size smaller. In less than 24 hours I have the right size shoe! The whole experience has been completely painless and amazingly quick. You guys are great!
Talk about SERVICE! I ordered my Frye boots Wednesday afternoon around 4:00 PM.....and they were delivered to me Thursday afternoon around 3:00 PM....not even a 12 hour turn-around. And the good thing is that they fit great...no need for a return! You guys get my vote.
Seriously, you guys are amazing. Your customer service is awesome and I tell people that all the time. My favorite thing was walking into a UPS store with a Zappos box (for a return) that was not taped or addressed or anything. The workers there saw me and just told me to leave it on the counter and that was it. How ruling is that? Anyway--your business is one of my favorites, for sure. To whom it may concern: The service I received when I ordered a pair of shoes for my son from you was absolutely outstanding!! The shoes got to me in Okinawa, Japan via APO box and I couldn't have asked for better service. All of my friends who ordered from you highly recommended your service and they were right!! Thank you for being so quick to get me my order. My son will now have shoes to wear on Easter. The BX here tries it's best to provide everyone with what they need but finding shoes that I like and fit my children out here seems to be impossible. Your service took less than a week so now I don't have to deal with ugly ill fitting shoes! You have made my month. Please help other companies out there figure out how to send us stuff because you guys have it down. Shopping on line is a fifty fifty shot out here. Half of what you think you can order you can't because the company refuses to ship the other half takes two months to get here because they refuse to use priority mail. So more often than not we have been paying for shipping twice on most items we can't get shipped directly by having it sent to my mother in law and then she sends it on to us. Target for instance won't ship shoes or most of its clothes. As a military family that is living overseas it is very hard to shop and find items and it makes you even more home sick. Guys, I have been really late getting into E commerce. Mostly because I hate to pay for shipping and waiting so long for delivery. You guys had the shoe I wanted in stock (no other mall store did) and it was at my house next day. I am very impressed with your service and have already told my friends about the site. I will use Zappos.com in the future for sure!
I cannot believe it, but my shoes arrived before 10am! I just ordered them last night around 7pm! I can't even imagine how that is even possible! I got the Danskos with the gore for work, tonight will be the true test of how they feel, but I can tell you just trying them on was bliss!
I ordered the Dansko clogs and Nothinz from another on line shoe company 2 weeks ago, after a week of delays, they cancelled my order because they couldn't reach me, so they say. (Well. I can tell you they never left a message on my phone, nor did they talk to me). So, I had to reorder again and it took 2 weeks for me to get the shoes. Then whoever pulled the stock must only have looked at the size and not the order, because I ordered women’s 8M....and they sent me Men’s size 8! So, I have to send them back and I got on line and found your site. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM ANY OTHER ON LINE SHOE COMPANY BUT ZAPPOS AGAIN! YOU ALL ROCK!!!
I just wanted to say how very impressed I am with the entire Zappos shopping experience. The selection is great, ordering is a snap, and I was AMAZED at how quickly my order got here. And now I'm returning the shoes I ordered (slippers for my husband--too small) but I've already ordered a larger size. The range of sizes is impressive. Dear Zappos Loyalty Team, I have been buying shoes from Zappos since the early days (when the Brands list was much shorter)! As a footwear designer, I am constantly asked where I buy my shoes and what the best brands are. I always recommend Zappos. I even write your web address down for people in who are shopping in trendy shoe stores, whispering, "you should do yourself a favor and visit this site, they have a much better selection!" Today, I can hardly believe that an order I placed at 8pm last night will be at my house on Monday! Remarkable! I have an important meeting and I can wear my new shoes. Zappos is an incredible company. I never look for shoes anywhere else, and I freely recommend you to the many people who complement your beautiful shoes throughout my work day. Several years ago I was looking for comfortable, yet somewhat stylish shoes to wear to Europe. I searched the malls, the web and specialty shoe stores. I finally found Nike Air at Nordstrom's but they had limited styles and sizes. I then went back to the web and found Zappos. I ordered and returned several pairs before finding two that were perfect. I just wanted to say that my daughter received her 1st pair of Heelys yesterday and she is beyond HAPPY! We shopped around at a few local sporting goods stores and the particular Heely that she wanted was not available and I should add that their customer service was terrible and that is at a top sporting good store. Anyway we came home and did some research on line went to the Heely website and was directed to all types of on line stores I have to admit that Zappos was not the first that I chose to do my on line shopping but after looking around Zappos ended up being the top site for my purchase not only did you have the type of Heely my daughter was looking for you also had the size and color in stock. When I bought my shoes on Monday and the girl said I would have them by Tuesday I tongue in cheek said "okay" only because I live in the northern part of Wisconsin and we don't get merchandise in one day. I am a believer because when the wife and I got home in the afternoon the shoes were sitting outside our door. I am a believer. We are expecting multiple inches of snow and they will come in handy.
