Just.... wow. Dear Zappos team, I've been thrilled with every aspect of your operation before - from how the website functions to the checkout applet to the speedy shipping, but I can't say how impressed I am that, on a Sunday morning, I got an email not half an hour after I placed a shoe order that my shoes were already picked, packed, and queued for shipping on Monday. You have the best customer service I've *ever* seen from an Internet commerce company, bar none, and I just thought I'd let you know.

I was so impressed about the fast service that I told a friend of mine and she just ordered a pair for her sons wedding. Let me start by saying I am picky about shoes and am hesitant to order them on line because "the perfect fit" is hard to come by. The first time I ordered shoes from you guys, the fit was perfect so I ordered my second pair last week. I placed the order Tuesday afternoon and got the shoes Wednesday (free overnight shipping-outstanding!). They were too small so I called CS = that night and they sent out another pair. I got the second pair on Thursday (didn't think I'd get them until Friday) and they were still too small! I called again that night and exchanged again for the next size up. I = received the shoes on Friday and they fit great! Your CS team was very helpful for both exchanges- return labels were emailed to me almost immediately and all shipping was free. With any other company, this many exchanges would have taken at least 2 weeks and I'm sure there would have been extra charges. I have already told all of my co-workers about your excellent service and plan to tell many more. Keep up the good work!

You guys totally rock! I ordered a pair of Sebago loafers in a size 6 1/2 E, thinking they would probably fit. To my delight, they arrived within a day or two. But they were too narrow. Dreading the exchange process, I put it off for several days. Then, last Friday, April 13, 2007, I called Zappos in the evening. A very nice fellow from Nevada told me that not only could I return the shoes without any hassle, but that he would credit the 6 1/2 E shoes against the purchase price of the same model in size 6 1/2 EEE. This gentleman indicated that, given the time of day, they would arrive by Tuesday, which is the day I had scheduled to leave on an overseas business trip. In fact, the shoes arrived on Monday. I tried them on that evening, and they fit quite well (which, given my feet, is saying a lot). I am absolutely thrilled not only by your merchandise, but also by your exceptional customer service. Just wanted to send a quick note to say WOW to your customer service. I received an incorrect pair of shoes with an order I placed. I called customer service and explained my situation to them, they immediately found the problem, and offered me some restitution for my inconvenience. I have always been pleased with Zappos, but this went way beyond normal customer service. Please keep up this high quality customer service as it will keep me coming back anytime I need shoes.

I had never heard about Zappos, till my friend told me. Also, I have never bought shoes on line because I believed it is a risk. But Zappos has changed my mind. As usual, fast, accurate, precise. You are great guys: I wish that most of the Companies (big and tiny ones) in the country, would perform the way you do it. The Overnight delivery has been a great addition. Although the UPS portal seemed to be more explanatory, FedEx seems to be working faster.
