Thank you for your request. It is a pleasure for me to have an opportunity to say that each and every customer service experience that I've had with Zappos has been excellent. Not once have I been disappointed in the "limitless" professional, courteous help I did receive. Since shopping at Zappos I've had to contact customer service 3 or 4 times. If it was not for the "outstanding" conduct of the previous representatives I would not be "favoring" Zappos as "first look" shopping choice. So, for ALL the previous representatives’ professional, courteous, basically "outstanding" help they have been. "Thank You."

Great service! I thought the delivery would take about 5 business days and my purchase arrived in 2! I didn't even had to worry about checking the delivery date on the carrier's website. =)

Zappos has outdone themselves again! I ordered these [Kenneth Cole Reaction Kids T-Flex Sr (Youth)] shoes a half size too small and had to exchange them. I did an exchange over the phone after 6pm EST on Thursday and was told I would receive new pair Monday, a day after Easter, the day my son needs them! Well long story short, as I went out to get the mail the UPS truck pulled up with Zappos box in hand...at 4pm CST, FRIDAY!! Less than a 24 hour turnaround, and FREE! If you are reading this, look no further than this website when you do your apparel and shoe shopping online. I have been a customer since 2005, and they continue to amaze me by their massive selection and priceless customer service. And by the way, my son and I love the shoes you are looking at. Where we live we exhausted all avenues looking for brown (chocolate) dress shoes. Like always, Zappos comes through in the clutch.

Thank you. It was a pleasure dealing with you. By the way, I had a chance to brag about you recently. I had purchased an electronic item online and had to return it because it was defective. The company required that I pay the return shipping ($10)!! I had originally requested an exchange for the product but their policy of effectively charging me for testing their products angered me so I demanded an outright return/credit for the defective product. In my letter to them, I contrasted their customer treatment with Zappos' and urged them to learn from Zappos regarding a good business model for treating customers. Kudos to Zappos!! (But, I'm afraid you've spoiled me.) ;)

I tried a couple of months ago to send you a message saying ‘THANK YOU!’ I think at the time your site had been hacked or compromised in some way. So now, I'm saying thank you for sending me copies of your 'Culture' book. I found one individual very effective in representing Zappos.com, Inc. on U.A.L.R. Television. I also find the employees of Zappos.com to be as interesting and bright. I am currently unemployed, but, I am in contact with a couple of employers who seem interested in hiring me soon. Once I get back on my feet, which will be soon, I will be doing business with Zappos.com. Why? Because as a business consultant, I know good business principles, and I desire to do business with good business people. I am sure your products are of the highest standards, along with outstanding customer service. How could one go wrong with Zappos.com? Again, I say thank you. I wish Zappos.com lots of success now and in the future to come.

Dear Zappos, I just wanted to send you a note to thank you for your excellent customer service, as always. I recently ordered a pair of pants from you, and I also wanted the shoes that the model was wearing in the Zappos online photo of the pants. I could not find them myself, and so I called your staff. Unable to find them on Zappos or 6pm, a customer service rep and someone else he called in scoured the web for the shoes, somehow finding them on another shoe site and calling me back to let me know where I could find and purchase them in my size. Now that's customer service. Bravo Zappos. Thank you.

Hello, Zappos! I must write to you to tell you what an amazing experience I had this morning while ordering shoes for my daughter's Junior Prom which is coming up on Saturday, 3/10. The gentleman who helped me with my order could not have been nicer, more helpful, or considerate. He was so accommodating, explained options to me, helped with delivering the shoes in an unbelievably timely matter, and told me to call back should I need anything additional! What a pleasure!! Because of this outstanding service, I will be ordering from Zappos again and again! It's fast, easy, the service is outstanding, and hopefully the shoes will fit! But if they don't, I was told I'd get another pair within 24 hours! You can't beat that! Truly wonderful!! Thank you, Zappos!

I just wanted to write and say a big thank you to those who helped with my mini shoe disaster. I don't buy shoes online because I like to try them on, but when I was having trouble I went to the web and landed on your website. I found a pair of shoes that had a perfect 5 star rating and I ordered them. Fingers crossed they arrived and to my horror they were not what I expected. The tops of the shoes looked like they had been worn and the bottoms brand new. I was a little confused and worried because my wedding was a little over a week away and I got on the phone to customer service right away. I had the pleasure of talking with a lady and told her my story. She apologized so much for the quality that I had received and promised that was not the standard of the company and assured me that it would be corrected. The shoes that I had originally purchased were no longer available in my size so she set out to make the situation right. At this point she had realized that this was my first purchase with your company and wanted to make sure that I knew your company was all about making it right and providing the best possible customer service. She refunded my money, gave me a coupon for the price of the shoes to use toward a replacement pair and upgraded me to VIP status so my shoes would arrive on time for my wedding. I wished I didn't have to get off the phone before I could find another pair for fear the next person I talked with wouldn't be so understanding. When I had time to find the shoes I wanted later that night I called back and spoke with a gentleman who was wonderful as well. We ordered the shoes and he said he would make sure they were inspected to make sure they were of top quality. My new shoes arrived quick and in time and were perfect. My wedding was beautiful and to my surprise about a week later I received the most beautiful vase of flowers from the Zappos family congratulating me on our wedding. I was blown away by the thoughtfulness of the flowers and wanted to make sure that your company and those involved with me truly understood how thankful I am for the great customer service. It is hard to find a company that cares about their customers and to that extent. I will most definitely be shopping with your company again and recommending it to everyone I can. It is nice to know that if there is an issue it won't be a headache to fix it. Again, a huge thank you for your service!!!

I just need to tell you, Thank You actually!!!! I don't know how you did it but I ordered a pair of track shoes for my daughter at 9:45 Thursday evening and Friday afternoon at 2:30 they were sitting on my doorstep!!!! Thank you for the incredible service from the person who took my call for the order to the mint condition the package arrived in on my doorstep. The shoes were even nicer than they looked on the computer picture. There are no words to explain how very pleased we are with this purchase and your service! The price of the shoes got my attention (your company was the best price out of the 4 we searched--17 dollars cheaper than the lowest price of all the others!!!) but the free shipping both ways sealed the deal. Hello! This is a first for me - I have never taken the time to give a positive review of a corporation, but it is more than well deserved. I always loved Zappos.com, but the Mobile App totally changed my perspective of the company. I was blown away by the ease of use and I loved the special add-ins (the balloons coming down the screen with VIP on them was fantastic). I work for a search engine in New York as a National Account Director and understand the importance of innovation and customer service. Zappos excels in both. You guys are awesome, man! I ordered some shoes after midnight on a Friday and got them that next Monday! Not only that, but I ordered the wrong size and just sent an email in hopes that you guys would get it in time (to prevent my returning it) and you guys sent the correct size. I cannot compliment you enough! This is my first time buying from Zappos. I buy from online retailers all the time and this is by far the best, fastest service I've ever gotten, and not to mention the awesome price! If I had more money, I'd buy shoes from you guys all the time just to support your cause. I will definitely be back for some more shoes!

I want to give a heartfelt thank you to the entire Zappos.com team. I have tricky feet to fit and, though I've tried, I have almost a 0% purchase rate when I try to buy shoes in a regular store. I've tried other online shoe shopping sites, but their “free shipping” is often anything but and their selection of wide shoes runs to the “granny orthotics.” I'm 24, and I want my feet to look good AND feel good! I have ordered many shoes from you, and I am usually able to wear them out of the box. Recently, however, I had some difficulty in purchasing just the right sneakers. I ended up having to send back a number of ill-fitting shoes. You made the process straight-forward and followed through on every one of your promises. Just yesterday, I received my most recent order from you (two pairs of Propet Travel Walkers). They fit like a glove and look great, too! Knowing that I have a place where I can find the right shoes, even if it takes a few tries, means a lot. Seriously, thank you. I am most certainly going to continue shopping with you and reminding my friends and family to as well. Keep being awesome!

I know that you're customer service, but I need to thank a rep. of your company for what you as a whole have done for me. I purchased work boots from you guys (I just got a landscaping job and I needed them ASAP) and since I’ve been a VIP customer for about two years now I got them shipped overnight. Thank you! They were actually about a size and a half too big and all I had to do was pick up the phone and call you guys and another pair will be here tomorrow, which is amazing, because these boots are my key to a paycheck. I don't have to drive 10 miles to get to a shopping mall, with gas prices? I have been meaning to write to the Zappos team for quite some time and finally have the chance. I wanted to express my deepest gratitude for creating such an amazing shoe shopping experience for me! I have size 11M feet and going to a traditional shoe store was always a gamble. More times than I care to remember, I left traditional shoe stores in tears as if I found a cute shoe style did not come in my size, and those shoes that did come in my size were absolutely hideous! Forget trying to find a shoe in a specific color for a special event - I would generally need to buy something that would “just do” rather than buying something that I really loved. Thanks to Zappos, shoe shopping is now fun and exciting! I only see shoes in my size so no more drooling over a sexy style only to find out it doesn't come in my size. I can search by color, style, heel height, designer, etc., etc., etc. And the free shipping both ways lets me use Zappos like my own personal shoe store, and as an added bonus, I can read the reviews of others to tell me if a shoe is worth my time trying or if I should order the shoe in half size larger or smaller based upon the manufacturer. I always know that if the shoe isn't something that I love, I can return it without any hassle. Now I love shoe shopping and have for the several years since I first found your site. I have lots of super cute shoes in my size and love each pair! Thank you so much Zappos, I seriously cannot thank you enough!!
