The problem I had with this sandal is the elastic in the heel strap. It pushed my foot so far forward that my toes were hugging the front edge and I was left with a lot of room behind my heels.

Others had mentioned uncomfortable stitching, and that was the case. If they're rubbing on the big toe and all along the sides, that's never going to improve. Had to go back.
