Size was hard to determine.
Cargo pockets not deep enough. Did not have any side pockets. I need deep pockets for walking my dog

These pants are not up to LLBean standard. The material looks cheap because they have pilled terribly. I did not expect this from a garment from LLBean.

I returned this article to our local store. It was way too big and the material had that limp, greasy feel I try to avoid. A good reason to buy things in person rather than online.

Sorry to say these did not work for me at all. Maybe it would have been better if they had come in petite. The leg openings at the bottom were too too big on me, the legs stuck out like sore thumbs. The pull strings seemed to make them look worse. I loved the material, it was light and comfortable! But . . . . .the style did NOT work for me! Offer a petite size! Thanks!

I bought 2 pairs of these - one black and one gray. The fit, color and style were exactly what I was looking for. However, as other reviewers have mentioned, the fabric pills terribly. For the price, I expected that these would last many years. Unfortunately, they look pretty shabby after just one season.

Comfortable but washes horrible. Both paid aide hit pill up badly, spend too much time picking every little pill off after each wash, died to matter if you turn them inside out or not, very dissspointed

I really liked the fit and the feel, but after a few wearings and washings the pants started to pill and now they look worn out and old. I have never had a complaint for LL Bean clothes, but for the price I would expect better wear.

I loved these pants when I first got them - I bought the cropped length and the long pants. They looked so nice, but after just a few wearings, they were pilling terribly. Both pairs did the same thing. Every little bit of fuzz or cat hair sticks to the pilled areas. So disappointed - they washed well and looked so nice at first. Now, they look like they are years old, and they look so bad that I don't even wear them outside the house.

Really liked these pants, comfortable and fit well. Material is very light, almost cheap, but still liked them. They come out of the wash very wrinkled. Before I read the tiny print on the back of the small tag inside the pants, I went to give them a quick iron - and it burned a hole in them. Frustrated and disappointed.

I would not recommend these pants if you are under 5 foot 4 or 5. LL Bean really needs to offer these in petite length. Why does it seem LL Bean always caters to tall women? I mean I like my crops on the long side but these came to my ankle bone! I love the shorts however. Just ordered another pair.

I don't recommend these pants for short women. I love to wear crop pants in warm weather but these hung nearly to the ankles. I have the full length camp pants and had high hopes for the cropped version. If the drawstring went around the calf instead of along the side they might be acceptable. How about bringing out these pants in a petite size? As it is I am returning them.

I'm returning this item.
These pants are cheaply made. Flimsy. Nowhere near the value the price suggests. Don't bother.
