Although the outside of the socks is dark, the inside is white. When you put the socks on and the fabric spreads, the white comes through making the socks look much lighter. Also, it says medium cushion, but except for the heel and toe, they are very thin and silky like a dress sock. I just bought the socks so I can't speak about the durability, but the butter weave does seem to be strong.

It's is really soft and a thinner material. Style is great, the blue is a little less pronounced than in the pictures when wearing it.

Thinner than i expected

The seam on my new socks are already fraying. I use to love the Stance Products. Quality is slipping

I use them by putting them on my feet!

Will wear out after time. Great feel and sock.

Genuinely not Stances best choice of a sock. If you're looking for something with zero cushion. This may be the sock of choice.

Too tight, no stretch, just don't work for my size 12/13 feet. Do they come in XLG?

I have quite a few pairs and was looking forward to this pair. Although true to size the material is very thin, thinner than expected. I like the print but the black of the design bled onto the white. They now look more like a marbled pattern.

Butter blend socks used to be far and away my favorite and go to socks. These are no where near the quality or comfort they used to be. They socks are a far cry from what they used to be

I think the socks look really cool I ordered six of them and then I ordered two other pair of some tie dye socks and got another free pair of socks I've only worn each pair once in one of them already has a small hole opening already and I work from home and haven't been out and about to be walking around or anything like that to cause them to get worn.. they were pretty expensive socks even with the coupon..

I'm so disappointed. Gave a few pairs for gifts and they are fraying after being washed and worn one time.

I bought these in hopes of finding a quality replacement for my Nike Dri Fit Crew Socks. They feel thin and made my feet sweat. They feel like a dress sock for formal shoes as opposed to a crew sock for sneakers. I wore one pair and can't return them so I am stuck with them.

The butter soft material sounds great on paper, but for my purpose, I'm a nurse and always on my feet. The fabric is too thin and not enough cushion. Mind you in the description it said medium cushion socks, no. Also, the socks would not stay up, they would always slide down, which is very annoying. Stick with Stances regular cotton socks, better cushion and they don't slide down as easy. I'll be staying away from the butter blends from now on.

I'd love to know what they are like but I never got my order

The material is super soft but they slide down your calves easily, so unless you are looking for saggy socks, pass on these.
