Navy Work Tote purchased on sale. Item was received quickly but not in good order. It was quite obvious that the tote sent to fulfill my order was previously purchased, used and returned to VB. All of the original ticketing was removed, all of the zippers were open AND a used face mask remained in one of the pockets! YUCK!! The item could not be replaced because it was the only NAVY tote available. Very disappointed with VB on their quality control protocols for returned items. Customer service agent was as helpful as she could be and regretful of the inconvenience.

Super excited to order for new job and transporting both laptop and typical purse / tote items. Very disappointed to receive today and my laptop is not even close to fitting in the padded sleeve which defeats the purpose of the item. Will have to drive very far now to return to the closest store (which is not at all close) and pray they have something that will work. Sadly assume it will be at a much higher price!

Mt wife likes her gift. What I am utterly disappointed with is the amount of time it took for us to receive the gift. I ordered the Tote on Oct 3rd. Paid an additional $20.00 in shipping to make sure it would get here by Oct 8th ,her birthday. Well it didn't show up on my door step until Thursday Oct 12. Why offer free shipping!!! I didn't trust that with free shipping it would get here in time so I paid the extra cost and got nothing in return. I ordered a mirror for my wife's vehicle the same day ,paid $ 20.00 shipping and I had the part the next day. Sounds like somebody dropped the ball. When I e-mailed you I was offered $15.00 .

I ordered the Paris plaid. I was so excited I have a smaller laptop bag, as I did not want the huge commuter bag to carry everyday. The pattern is very nice and that was the reason I ordered the bag. As with most Vera bags I figured the dimensions would be a little off but unfortunately not this time. There is absolutely NO give in the laptop sleeve. You are in no way getting anything bigger than a 14-15 inch computer in there. My computer in a 15.6 so just shy of the measurements. Very disappointed that these beautiful plaids can not be offered in laptop bags or make this one slightly larger to fit a 16 inch computer..
