I normally love VB's bags. This one doesn't hold as much as I thought. Normally I can fit everything plus the kitchen sink. I can hardly find anything.

Nice but way too big had to return

Bag was too cumbersome for me. I returned it but will order something else!

Not as big as I thought. My laptop will not fit in the laptop portion of the bag.

This is my very first Vera Bradely bag. I never understood the hype about them and having now purchased one of my own, I still don't. It's a nice, somewhat durable bag and the color I choose is beautiful. It basically holds all of my needed essentials for travel to/from work. It has a middle laptop section, several pockets areas inside and outside of the bag. Even the back luggage slip serves a pocket when not in use which I love. It's water resistant so helps in the rain but the main zipper stops short allowing water to get into the bag if your not careful. My only and biggest complaint about this bag is it lacks shoulder support. The shoulder straps are thin and narrow. You would think/expect that a work tote made to hold a laptop and other items, would have very supportive shoulder straps but this bag sadly does not The bag becomes very heavy once you put your laptop, small notebook or folders and other office work necessities in it, causing the straps to dig into your shoulder which in the long run will affect your shoulder and neck causing unwanted pain. I had to purchase shoulder strap pads separately to help with this. This will be my first and only VB bag. Nice but lacks commuter comfort. Hence why I only have it 3 stars. Great I got this on sale, not worth full price.

I love it, pretty, but it was way way way to big, I need to shrink it down 3 to 4 inches, so I bought another one in lavender I totally live this one perfect size.

I like the fabric and design. It is a bit heavier when packed than expected as opposed to D&B nylon bag it replaced. I like the padded compartment for computer.

This is a great bag for my computer and a notebook and a few folders. It isn't that big so I end up needing an extra bag as I am a teacher always carrying work home. So I just use a second Vera bag.

Still a little small, fits the laptop but the other slots aren't spacious

I love the size and shape of the bag, it's perfect for travel. What I don't like is the computer sleeve is in the middle of the bag. I keep catching it as I try to put stuff in either side. I wish it was on one side of the bag with a zipper closure .

This is not as wonderful as I thought it would be. The biggest issue I have is the cell phone pocket is flimsy!

I wanted a pocket book not a work bag. This was too big. I couldn't find a pocket book on your website

Just ok. Thankfully I got it at a discounted price by using a coupon. My laptop does not fit in the divider so I have to put my files in the middle and barely have space to put anything else in it. Unable to return due to taking off tags and not even using. Very disappointing

Nice bag but I returned. I didn't care for the division in the middle. I prefer the open concept. So I reordered the tote.

Nice fabric that won't attract lint, but bag should come with a long strap too. It was a little too big for my needs.

Great size and lots of pockets to store all the essentials but there is NO structure to this bag, and is pretty floppy.

The tote is great except my laptop is a bit too big for the compartment.

This is not as big as the old work bag Vera Bradley used to make. It also doesn't stand up by itself. It might after I break it in, but that's really frustrating.

The Paris Plaid Tote is made out of a very different material than anything I ever received from VB before. I do not care for this at all. The two star rating I gave is based on workmanship alone. That's the only positive comment I can offer. Ugly, material, ugly shiny zipperjust ugly. It will be returned.

Not for me. I need the length and space of a vera tote with a dedicated laptop and tablet sleeve. I also didn't really like the silver zipper on the outside--black would look so much more professional. This work tote bag just did not have the space or functionality that I was looking for to use during my commute to work when I transport my portable office to and from my home office.

The bag is just ok. Vera Bradley has changed, no longer super cute or exceptional. Just ok-a basic bag.

I had only seen the bag online before I ordered it. My local VB store didn't carry it. So I ordered it from the website. However, for the cost of the bag I would say it's just ok. I have another bag similar style from about 5 years ago I was hoping to replace. But I don't find this new version as sturdy.

From the photo, I was expecting a medium sized purse to carry a number of items I need on hand each day. The very small hand held bag that arrived was a great disappointment as I really have no use for something that small. I'm not sure if the marketing text reflected the size at all. I will avoid shopping on line for an important product like a purse in the future.
