This shoe is so cute! However, I read the reviews before purchasing and most said that this shoe runs about half a size too small. I ordered a 9 1/2 instead of my usual size 9. It was still too small. I should have ordered a 10 (which I have never had to order before). I am returning for a full refund instead of ordering for an entire size up. I love Zappos though! Zappos customer service is the very best! Thank you Zappos!
