I returned it. Positives: - Cute - Tumi has improved the straps. They seem more durable than they use to. - Light weight - Drawstring functions easier than most Negatives - One of the side zip pockets you think goes to the main compartment but the water bottle holder is in the way and you can't get the water bottle out unless it is really really small (4 oz). I regular 16oz bottle you have to open the bag. Not sure the purpose. They should of made it a hidden pocket instead. - the front gold clip rattles when walking - the laptop padding is very thin

I wish it had 2-way zippers on some parts of the bag and I also wish it was a bit bigger. It’s really stylish and I love the gold accents of the buckle (which clangs a bit) and zippers. Fits tight on the suitcase handle.

I'm completely obsessed with this back pack!
