I had high hopes for this bag. It would be wonderful if only the wheels rolled smoothly. These wheels seemed to want to turn in a specific direction, which really bothered my back after a very short time. If not for that, I would have kept it. The bag is a few lbs heavier than others, but it seemed a worthwhile trade off for better organization and quicker packing/unpacking. The handle was difficult to fully extend. I wish there were a lightweight carry-on garment bag spinner that stands vertically (I.e., with wheels on the side) for easier maneuverability.
