Best shoes for my kids. We tried Vans, which are great, but my sons would scrape the front part off so we are back to our trusty Chucks (the toe cap prolongs the life of the shoe for sure). These are great slip ons and the padding around the heel and the tongue make for a comfier fit. They definitely run large, but it works for me since my son's feet grow so quickly. Will continue to buy these for years to come.

Usually Converse runs about a half size larger than other brands. I had to order a full size smaller and my son still has room to grow in them this year. They’re super cute and he says they’re comfortable.

Great casual shoe for son. Like the padded tongue and extra padding in heel. He does wear one size smaller then what he wears in his running shoes. These do not lace all the way to the top which my son wanted so we did purchase longer laces.

Cute! The laces are short! You would need a longer pair to tie properly. The do fit well and stay in place.

I bought these for my stepson to wear in my upcoming wedding. I'm in love with these shoes!! They look great on him, and he loves them. The dark red is a beautiful wine color. He said he can't wait to wear them after the wedding, also. I highly recommend!

This shoe runs a full size big. My son usually wears a size 5 in Nike/UA. But probably needed a size 4 in these shoes. Very cute shoes!

I admittedly bought these for my small adult sized feet. I wear a 7 and a 1/2 womens and I ended up getting a 5 because they didn't have 5 and a 1/2 but the 5 fit just fine. These shoes are super cute and perfect for the outfit I wanted them for. I've even gotten complements out on the street about them. I'm super happy with them.

Chucks are the best shoes for little kids! They can get dirty and come out of the washing machine looking like new. They are the perfect shoe for my 8 year old son. I really like the color and materials of these ones. Great shoes!

My son hates to wear socks so he loves the shoes. You can dress them up or down, and easy to slip on.

These chucks are great shoes for my son! We bought the blue ones last season and were so happy to see gray added to the list. If these came in more colors we would buy them all! Converse comfort without the hassle of laces to tie- easy on and off!

My son has extremely sensitive feet, and Converse are the only shoes that he will wear without throwing a fit. They fit a little loose bc of they are slip on and not tied, but he has no problem wearing them to school or the play ground. I do silicone spray them to keep them looking nice.

I was a bit disappointed that these are not meant to be tied. Because of that they fit very loosely on my sons feet. However, these are only for when he needs to look nicer, and not to wear to P.E. at school or for running around the neighborhood, so it is okay that they do not fit super snug. I love the way they look. And my son loves how comfortable they are.

These are completely classic Chucks, and in general I love the slips for getting out the door quickly. These are a little tighter across the instep than other slips I've owned, and so they take longer to get on- about as fast as tying shoes. I have very high arches and these are definitely snug but not too tight to wear.

My son has an average to narrow foot and these rubbed in the toe box pretty terribly. The part where the rubber toe meets the canvas has a ridge that made the shoe too uncomfortable for him to wear a second time. I’ve experienced this on occasion with adult Converse but was expecting better from the kid version. They fit true to size in the length and are very stylish, but I am ultimately pretty disappointed.

We know we usually have to size down for Chucks, but these were/are extra big and wide. Bummed. Hoping the next size down isn’t too small.
