Customer Reviews Prana Henna E.C.O. Yoga Mat

I liked this mat a lot. It cushions a lot without being too bulky or heavy. The design is very cute and I love the color (it is exactly as in the pictures). Good value for its price.

I was somewhat nervous about this mat because the reviews weren't entirely helpful for my purpose and when I looked of the Prana website, the E.C.O. Mat (not the same design or name though) did not have great reviews and said it was slippery. My hands tend to sweat a lot in yoga so this made me nervous. Luckily, I took a chance and bought the blue one for my mom and the pink one for me, and I love mine! I use it for hot yoga and it was really comfortable, soft and grippy, and the extra length was really nice. I previously used a Jade Yoga mat, which worked pretty well before I tore it up with my hands and feet over time. I prefer this Prana mat because, not only is it unique and gorgeous, but it feels lighter and less bulky than my last one, and overall more comfortable to use. Side note: I think that the non-Henna E.C.O. Mats must be different than these because my friend bought one recently and said that it WAS really slippery during yoga.

I chose this mat because it's pretty. I don't do yoga, so for you yoga folks, my review may not be all that helpful. This mat works great for what I use it for, some padding between me and the gym floor for things like planks, push ups, ab work, etc.

Love this yoga mat. The color is so calming and the material is so soft. The only thing is it came slightly damaged on one edge from shipping. Usually Zappos is excellent with shipping clothes. This item is bulky, but it was a little disappointing to receive a new mat that's already notched a couple of spots on the edge.

So slippery. I can't get through a class with this mat. So disappointed. Returning.
