Not the cutest shoes, but very comfortable and great if you have plantar fasciitis. I bought one pair to wear at the house as my house slippers and liked them so much that I bought two more pairs (different styles) to wear out and about. I talked my husband into buying a pair and they have helped his plantar issues also. They are slightly large all around, so if you have "full" feet they would work for you. My feet are normal sized so I use a small, foam shoe liner and it makes the fit perfect.

These are great in-house slippers that can also go outside. But the size varies depending on where it is made: if Poland, they are large, and if Ukraine, they are small! We had to order several pairs to get it right.

I have worn Haflingers Grizzly and similar ones with hard cork soles from them for about 10 years. I loved them and use them for slippers all day often as I wear orthodics inside my regular Mary Jane shoes. However, I noticed the backs (the felt top part) of Haflingers ripping after a few months. Read online the leather trimmed Grizzly is best for this problem. Love them the best - highly recommend this one of all the Haflingers!

Fabulous - true to size, and truly slip-on. The back lip does not collapse. Very comfortable.

This is my second pair of Haflingers. At first, I tried to change up, so I ordered the Giesswein, but I should have listened to another reviewer who mentioned the difference in the footbed. The Giesswein did not have the arch support and toebox area in the right places for my foot. Went right back to Halfinger and I'm happy I did!

I've been wearing Haflingers for decades now. My last pair was the Lacey style. This is tighter overall, with a less generous toe box (the end goes straight up from the sole rather than bowing out a little) and feels a little tighter across the arch, even after sizing up from a 40 to a 41

Without socks felt too wide and slightly long

I've owned Haflinger on and off for decades. It's been a while and their sizing has clearly changed. Depending on the manufacturer, I'm a size 8.5-9.0 and, after reading the reviews, ordered a 38. This is considered a size 7 and they are a smidge small but since they are open back it is not a problem. They are also fairly wide and I've got a normal width. I also ordered the 39's (what I used to wear in this brand) and they swam on my foot in length and width. It almost feels as if these are a Unisex sizing and not gender based. I've gone back to these as slippers because of the quality. Uggs are no longer providing that. The fleece is coming apart and shedding and getting all over my house. Haflinger needs to readjust their sizing. They've got a top product but will lose folks who can't find the correct fit!

I love these slippers, however they do run large. I haven’t had a new pair in a long time, and I usually wear a size 40, but I wear these with thick socks. I know they are slippers, but I do wear them outside as well. I will keep them because I like them, but I won’t be wearing them without socks-this would be dangerous!

Like others have said -this slipper felt slightly wider and bigger than a pair bought more than 5 yrs ago. However I now like to put an arch insert in my shoes so I bought my usual size. I also go back and forth with socks and no socks . With the insert and socks I would not want it any smaller . After wearing them for a week they seem to be conforming a bit to my feet. Overall I like them. Good quality , nice sole for getting the mail outside . Hope to keep them for years .

I have two pairs of grizzly with diamond trim in size 38 - they fit me perfectly with or without socks BUT I have found that the grizzly with leather trim, in same size 38, is cut wider. I must wear a medium-thick sock or they'll feel too sloppy - luckily the length is the same and they are very good-looking. I think they look more like an outdoor shoe having the leather trim (as opposed to the ones with the diamond trim which can look a little bit like slippers)

I ordered these in pink and was very happy with the color. They looked just as cute as I’d hoped they would. They appear to be well made and should last a good long while. However, I had to send back the first pair because they were a full size too large. The next smaller size fit perfectly, but after having them on for a few minutes I developed a small, super itchy rash on both of my ankles where the shoes touched my skin. (My guess is my skin is really sensitive to the type of wool they are made of.) I realize that I could wear socks with them but that defeats the purpose of my purchasing them in the first place. I needed warm comfortable shoes that I could just slip on and off around the house. If you don’t have sensitive skin or you don’t mind always wearing socks with them then I recommend getting them, they really are cute and would be pretty comfortable without the itching.

The size 38 fits more like a women's size 8. I 'm trying a smaller size; these are going back to Zappos.

This shoe is perfect EXCEPT that I noticed there was a line of slight indention in the felt on the top of the left shoe. It may seem pickey, but I returned them because I had an older pair that I loved, but it also had a weak spot that eventually broke open, leaving a hole on the top of the shoe. After That, I look carefully at the felt to make sure I won't have a repeat. It was so sad to have to throw away shoes whose soles and everything else still had wear remaining because of a flaw in the felt. They were a size 40, earth color with leather trim. Came in a generic box ... Just in case they recirculate somehow. (-:

I bought 2 pairs of the Haflinger shoes and loved both styles ... but both were a full size too big. In each instance, Haflinger indicates that a size 7 foot would wear their size 38, but sadly, they were too long and too wide. I think I'll try one more time with a size 36 since they don't offer half sizes. I really hope that works, because these are quality shoes!!

The sizing is very odd. I wear a size 7M, so I first ordered a 38, which was said to be equivalent to 7--it was at least two sizes too large! I exchanged it for a size 37 (which was said to be a size 6), it was smaller, but so wide it would not stay on my foot. This is a pity--a very nice slipper, but oddly sized!

I normally wear a 7 1/2 and ended up with a size 37 after two exchanges of larger sizes. I had started with size 39 because that is what fit best in a different Haflinger slip-on that had a much shallower toe space. Fortunately, Zappos makes exchanges and returns very simple and covers the cost! The spacious toe area and quality construction are great, but if you are new to this brand go with a smaller size.

There are very comfortable. I got these after trying several other styles in the brand that felt too short but too wide for me. I have one complaint though: they leave scuff marks on my wood floors. I can rub them out but I who wants that?

This was my first time trying this brand. I took other's advice and ordered a size down as the Euro sizing on Zappos is off by a size. That was a good decision except I wanted to love them but they are way too wide for my feet. Normally I wear a medium width but a narrow would have fit much better. Alas, no narrows were in stock and so I am returning the medium for someone else to adopt.

I was looking for something I could use as a slipper that would support my plantar fasciitis, that I could also use at work. This seemed to fit the bill. I ordered a size 8 (which is sometimes a little small for me). The 8 was fairly comfortable, but my feet swam around quite a bit in it, and I could tell it wasn't as supportive as I needed. I put Superfeet in and that solved both the arch support issue and the size issue. Now I wear them all the time and they're extremely comfortable and warm.

Disappointed that the 38 which is my regular size shoe was too big and the 37, which Zappos was so kind to get out to me quickly, was too small. It would seem I'm not the first to have noticed this problem with Haflinger. Seems their sizing is a bit strange. Too bad, because these are really cute shoes and I was so hoping to take them with me on a trip where I would do lots of walking. Oh well. Thank you Zappos for your courtesy and for putting up with my difficult feet and sizing problems while I try to find a pair that works. Zappos you are the best!

I have been using these clogs for at least 20 years. I love them, I must say I liked the quality better when they were made in Germany. I ordered a pair on December of 2016 and a year later noticed how bad they looked. Cork was ungluing, and a seam on the back was coming undone! I also noticed I HAD to water proof the cork before I used them! They did not hold their shape after a winter's use... Bummer!! But after all of that I ordered a new pair. The same exact I had before, I am testing if these pair is better design than the last pair... We'll see.
