WOW! Extremely happy with the boots and the service. I had them on my feet three days after placing my order. Customer service at its best. I am just breaking in the new boots and they are exactly what I need for a desert trip in September. At this point I would rate them a 4 for comfort but with more break in time I am sure that will go to a 5. Only negative I see is that the boots are a tad on the heavy side but nothing to keep me from ordering another pair. You guys could stop selling shoes/boots and give seminars on customer service and still be successful. Kudos to you all!

Work Boots- Christmas Gift - A little uncomfortable at first but after about a week or a week and half they broke in nicely. Very functional for work (automotive technician).

Great Shoe!! This is by far the most comfortable I've ever worn. Sure it's a work shoe but I wear them all the time. It feels as though I'm walking on air! Great support, handle orthodics very well. A real pleasure to wear! I bought the black ones and am going to purchase the brown ones as well.

Dr. Marten 4 Eye Boot - Good boot, true to size, a little heavy because of the sole material, however the sole should outlast me. Great service with a good product.

Great at first. I bought these boots about a month ago. I work in an automobile parts factory 5 days a week, and I walk a lot, 10 to 15 miles a night. At first, these boots felt great. A little heavy, but they were so comfortable. But now that they are really broken in, they are horrible! By the end of my shift I am hobbling because my feet are hurting so bad. I hate putting them on each day! I would not recommend these to anyone. The arch support is minimal at best. The only good thing about these boots is they look good. But looks aren't worth anything when your feet hurt!
