Velcro stap that is too short! These were the perfect sandal...until I went to velcro them and the strap left over an inch of velcro exposed. I have no desire to walk around like a toddler that cannot velcro their shoes, and for the price of these, I expected the strap to close. Please offer more sandals with a buckle so that those of us that need to, can truly adjust the fit.

These sandals are super cute and the most comfortable foot bed I've ever felt. Unfortunately, the strap that goes across the toes has a seem that hits the top of my toe and is automatically irritating. Bummed but will return and try a different style

The footbed is amazing on these sandals, and they have great arch support, but the back heel strap is oddly very short, leaving much of the rough portion of the Velcro strip exposed. This will inevitably snag clothing and attract lint and debris. For $175, that's unacceptable. Also I would say these run a half size large, which I had seen in other reviews. I usually wear a 7.5 in sandals, but ordered a 7.

I really like these. I got the black color. The footbed is softer than I expected (and am glad about!) is comfortable and didn’t need much breaking in. I have a hard time with shoes feeling comfy but these worked right out of the box. I have a narrow foot and ordered a 7, even though I wear 8 in most other shoes. The system tried to tell me it wouldn’t fit based on my other shoes orders but the 7 was perfect. The style is nice too - not fancy but casual, neat and youthful looking.

I really liked these shoes. I got them for a trip to France and found them really comfortable and pretty supportive during lots of walking. However less than a week into wearing them, one shoe has started cracking on the bottom in several places. They weren’t exposed to any extreme heat. I’ll keep wearing them but I don’t know how long they will last. Disappointing.
