How do I join Zappos Rewards?
It’s free to join, simply join here, or call us 24/7 at 1-866-427-2246! You can also enroll when you log in to your existing Zappos account or when you register for a new Zappos account. Zappos may automatically enroll certain customers in Zappos Rewards, however, all customers (including auto-enrolled customers) must accept the Zappos Rewards Program Terms and Conditions before they can participate in Zappos Rewards, including redeeming Rewards Points for Rewards Codes or receiving any other Zappos Rewards benefits.
Who is eligible to participate in Zappos Rewards?
You must be a United States resident who is at least 18 years old to participate in Zappos Rewards. Current Zappos employees and contractors, and their immediate family members living in the same household, are not eligible to participate in the Zappos Rewards Program. How do I earn Rewards Points?
At this time, you can earn Rewards Points by logging into your Zappos account on Zappos.com, making qualifying purchases on Zappos.com, and writing eligible product reviews on Zappos.com (for more information about how to earn product review based Rewards Points, please visit the Rewards Reviews Page). How can I use Rewards Points?
You can redeem your Rewards Points for Rewards Codes, which can be applied toward future purchases on Zappos.com. Every 1,000 Rewards Points awarded to your Zappos Rewards Program account (“Rewards Program Account”) can be redeemed for a $1 Rewards Code. Rewards Codes are only issued in whole $1 increments with a maximum amount per Rewards Code of $100. You may also use your Rewards Points for other purposes as may be provided by Zappos from time to time. Rewards Points accumulated under the Zappos Rewards Program are promotional in nature and have no cash value.
How can I see my Rewards Point balance?
You can view your Rewards Point balance by logging into your Zappos account and visiting your account page. You can also check you Rewards Point balance by calling us 24/7 on the dedicated Zappos Rewards Line at 1-866-427-2246. You'll also periodically get a Rewards Point balance email from us.
Is there a limit on how many Rewards Points I can earn?
There is no limit on the number of Rewards Points you can earn by making qualifying purchases but there IS a limit on the total number of Rewards Points you can earn by participating in all other qualifying opportunities to earn Rewards Points, such as logging into your account on Zappos.com, writing eligible product reviews, etc. We refer to these qualifying opportunities to earn bonus Rewards Points (including any other qualifying opportunities to earn bonus Rewards Points that we may offer you in the future) as “Promotional Activities.” You can only earn a maximum of 250,000 Rewards Points per calendar year for participating in Promotional Activities. Once you have earned 250,000 Rewards Points for participating in Promotional Activities in a calendar year, you may continue to participate in Promotional Activities but you will not receive Rewards Points for your participation.
When will my earned Rewards Points be reflected in my account?
We do our best to award Rewards Points earned for qualifying purchases to your Rewards Program Account within 24 hours of purchase. Rewards Points earned for eligible participation in Promotional Activities may take 7 or more days to be added to your Rewards Program Account.
Do my Rewards Points expire?
Each November, we will automatically convert all unredeemed Rewards Points in your Rewards Program Account into Rewards Codes. If for any reason Zappos does not automatically convert unredeemed Rewards Points, the Rewards Points will expire one year from the date they are earned. Automatically converted Rewards Points and expired Rewards Points are deducted from your Rewards Point balance. For example, Tony earns 10,000 Rewards Points between November 13, 2016 and November 12, 2017, and he never redeems his Rewards Points. On November 12, 2017, Zappos automatically converts all of Tony’s 10,000 Rewards Points into Rewards Codes and sends Tony a $10 Rewards Code, which Tony can apply toward a purchase on Zappos.com. On November 13, 2017, Tony begins a new Rewards Points earning cycle with 0 Rewards Points in his Rewards Program Account.
Why do I have a negative Rewards Point balance?
If you void a purchase or return your purchase, Zappos will deduct the Rewards Points that you were awarded for that purchase from your Rewards Program Account. If you have already redeemed those Rewards Points, this could potentially result in a negative Rewards Point balance in your Rewards Program Account.Zappos Rewards Codes
Do Rewards Codes expire?
Yes, Rewards Codes expire 90 days from the date they are sent to you. Please note that Rewards Codes are subject to the additional terms and restrictions contained on the Rewards Code.
Where can I use Rewards Codes?
Rewards Codes can be applied toward future purchases on Zappos.com. Simply enter the code during the checkout process. Rewards Codes are promotional in nature, have no cash value and are redeemable for merchandise on Zappos.com only.
How can I redeem my Rewards Points for Rewards Codes?
You can redeem your Rewards Points for Rewards Codes by logging into your Zappos account and accessing the My Rewards dashboard. You can call us 24/7 at 1-866-427-2246 to redeem your Rewards Points for Rewards Codes.
When can I redeem my Rewards Points for Rewards Codes?
Rewards Points can be redeemed for Rewards Codes at any time once you have a minimum of 1,000 Rewards Points in your Rewards Program Account. Additionally, we will automatically convert all unredeemed Rewards Points in your Rewards Program Account into Rewards Codes every November.
What happens if I return items that I purchased with Rewards Codes?
If you return merchandise that you purchased with your Rewards Codes in accordance with our Return Policy, you will be refunded the amount you paid (excluding the value of the Rewards Codes and any other discounts) to the original method of payment after we process your return in accordance with our Return Policy. Rewards Codes are for one-time use only. Please note that you will not receive a replacement Rewards Code for returned merchandise and Zappos will not credit the redeemed Rewards Points back to your Rewards Program Account after a return.

What are Tiers and how is Tier status determined?
Zappos Rewards offers different benefits based on different Rewards Point levels (“Tiers”). Except for the Elite Tier (which is invite-only), your Tier status is determined by the number of Rewards Points that you accumulate in your Rewards Program Account annually, beginning each November 13 and ending the following November 12 (“Rewards Year”). Tiers are based on total Rewards Points earned during the applicable Rewards Year, not total Rewards Points remaining after redemption, so redeeming Rewards Points for Reward Codes throughout the Rewards Year will not impact your Tier level. Any eligible Zappos customer may join Zappos Rewards at the Silver Tier level. Zappos Rewards members qualify for the Gold Tier when they have been awarded 1,200 Rewards Points in the applicable Rewards Year and the Platinum Tier when they have been awarded 6,000 Rewards Points in the applicable Rewards Year. The Elite Tier is by invitation only.
How long does my Tier status last?
Once you reach a specific Tier, you Tier status lasts from the date you reach the specific Tier until the last day of the next full Rewards Year. For example, if you reach the Gold Tier in December 2016, your Gold Tier status will last until November 12, 2018 at 11:59PM PT.
What happens if I lose my Tier status and move to a lower Tier?
Specific Tier benefits are only available to you while you are in the applicable Tier. In the event that you move down in Tier levels, you will lose the benefits from the higher Tier.
Can Tier benefits be applied retroactively?
No, Tier benefits cannot be applied retroactively.
When will my Tier status be upgraded once I have qualified for a higher Tier?
Once you officially qualify for a higher Tier, you should be automatically upgraded to the applicable Tier within 1-2 business days.
What's the deal with the Elite Tier?
The Elite Tier is an exclusive, invite-only Tier. Like the other Tiers, Elite Tier status lasts from the date you join the Elite Tier until the last day of the next full Rewards Year. Although joining the Elite Tier is by invite-only, in order to remain in the Elite Tier, you must continue to earn 6,000+ Rewards Points each Rewards Year.Other Questions
