These boots fit well and look beautiful. The zipper is very snug, but I'm able to zip it even with my (dress) orthotic inserts. The sole has a bit of cushioning, and the packaging was first rate. I'd give them 5 stars, but the rubber insert in the sole is failing after just 3 days wearing them indoors (I am a teacher). It's shredding and looks terrible.

I love the boots but the zipper on one of them will not zip up.

These are beautiful at this price point. Soft leather inside outside, extra footbeds, and dust covers.

I could not even try these shoes on because the zipper wouldn't even zip down. It's funny because the producer put a lot of attention into fancy little details, like a fabric bag for each boot, etc. but the most basic thing doesn't even work.
