Rob Siefker jumped headfirst into Zappos culture. Hired as a temp, and one of the company's early employees, his job was to WOW customers over the phone. Fourteen years later, Rob still delivers that WOW as the senior director of customer loyalty. “People will not choose your business if you don’t provide them great service,” says Siefker.
