Great shoe. Smells strong, but put it outside the box to reduce the odor (like gasoline) and that works.

Great shoes. Comfortable, I bought these 1/2 a size larger than I wear my sneakers and they fit perfectly. Am I the only one that doesn't care what shoes smell like? Leave them out to "air" for a day or two and the leathery smell fades away.

I needed a new pair of dress shoes so figured, what the heck. I'm glad I did. These shoes are fantastic and look much more expensive than what I paid. They're pretty comfortable but unfortunately I sometimes have a 2-hour drive to work some days in a manual transmission car and the left shoe dug into my ankle from all that clutch action in bumper to bumper traffic. But I think any new shoe would have done that. Otherwise, excellent value and I'll be a Zappos customer for life.

These shoes are absolutely fantastic! They're surprisingly comfortable, and I have to admit that I feel pretty darn sexy in them as well! Great product.

Good shoe at a great price - Like most dress shoes, there is a break-in period for these. I've only worn them twice and my feet were sore after each wear. I have these shoes in black and I've head them for several years now. They are the same size as the new brown pair and the older pair are actually kind of big now. I'm sure the new pair will stretch over time and be as comfortable as the others. These are great looking shoes... I've received many compliments. Beware of the strong scent you will smell at first. It does wear off however.

I really love the classic style of these shoes; however, after having four different styles for over six months and trying every technique I could think of, I could not eliminate the heavy gasoline odor. The odor was so bad that people sitting next to me in conferences would comment on the smell. I have gone in several different shoes stores and I always check the smell of the ZENGARA shoes before I purchase them and I am sorry to say that they all have the same heavy odor of gasoline. I caution you to stay away from this brand until the manufacture addresses the odor issues.

Excellent Customer Service - I just love Zappos.com. I just found out about this company with this purchase and I will order all my shoes/boots/sneakers off of this site. Overpriced, under impressed - This shoes smells terrible! Shoe is very uncomfortable. Almost like walking barefoot on concrete. Leather looks like its plastic. Do yourself a favor, and go with a different shoe.

WOW! Zappos is by far the best online shipping you can find. I ordered these shoes last night around 10 PM. They came to my door less then 13 hours later! AND FREE SHIPPING! Shoes are great. They arrived in perfect time for my ball. ZAPPOS by far the best at its shipping. I look forward to my next shoes from zappos.

Unsatisfactory Quality - I liked the look of theses shoes, and they fit reasonably well - a bit tight at first, but that is to be expected with new shoes if you don't want them sloppy later. I really wanted burgundy, so I had applied burgundy shoe cream, which was working well, but the first time I went to put them on for a special event, the pull strap on the left shoe ripped apart. I never actually got to wear them. I do not plan on buying this brand again. I have purchased several products from Zappos in the past and have always been satisified and will continue to buy from them, just not this brand. I will probably go ahead and order the Florsheims which were my other choice.

Awesome Shoe!!! This is my 2nd pair of boots from Zengara, they are as great as the 1st pair (Brown color) however, I would recommend that you wear them with some kind of insole since the sole is hard. They did have the strong odor but you get used to it and what's even better is Zappos service...ordered them on a Monday night, Tuesday afternoon I was trying them on!!

Great, stylish shoe - I bought these for my husband a couple of years ago. He is a very picky dresser and he loves them. I have since continued to buy them as they wear out in each color.

Nice Dress Shoes - I love how I can slip these on and off! I bought them to wear to a few Christmas parties and I can say that I received several good comments on these shoes! Great price and a great value!

Nice Shoes, but the smell part is true - I read the reviews before buying the shoes and thought it couldn't be that bad... unfortunately the smell is pretty strong, and while I don't mind it, other people have smelled the heater trying to figure out "what's burning" while I'm in the room.

Great patent leather shoe - I bought this shoe for my husband for his stage performances. (He's a singer.) It's a challenge finding nice-looking dress shoes that fit, because he wears size 13 wide, but this shoe was available in his size and it fits perfectly and looks great. And the price! You just can't beat it. He was very pleased.
