Zebra Crossing Club

The Zebra Crossing Club® brand was born in Melbourne, Australia in 2005 by designer Micha Nangami and entrepreneur Paul Lorlano when they decided to infuse the world with fun, good quality children’s backpacks. Zebra Crossing Club products such as the Wheelie Friends® and Backpack Buddies® are functional, colorful and stylish. The collection includes a range of bags called Wheelie Friends®, Backpack Buddies®, and Mini Backpack Buddies®. Every diaper bag, wheeled luggage, wheeled backpack, backpack, and mini backpack is constructed from high quality raw materials. Durability is taken into consideration with every child’s backpack designed. For example, the Wheelie Friends® wheeled backpack is durable enough to last any child through their childhood and become a treasured memento thanks to safety locks that lock the pull handle in place. So whether the child pulls on the handle sideways, diagonally, left, right, up, down, or leans on the handle the lock will stay in place.

Micha and Paul also kept vibrant, unique designs along with soft, plush materials a top priority when creating The Zebra Crossing Club.
