Training for the Breast cancer 3 day and have had terrible heel blisters with every training walk so far. Ordered these socks and hoped they would help, but they didn't. I have tried 4 different socks and 3 new pairs of shoes to date and nothing worked. I do like the socks and they are comfy and keep feet dry, but I still get blisters. My feet must be prone to them, has nothing to do with the socks or shoes but the feet.

Best socks for walking!
I have done a 60 mile walk for breast cancer for the past four years. I have worn Wright brand, double layer socks exclusively for all of my walking, literally hundreds of miles with all of the training. I swear by them. I have never had a blister. The socks you wear are as important as the sneaker, and I'll wear nothing but Wright!

Wonderful socks - they are all I wear.
I'm diabetic. I have to be extra careful with my feet. These socks are awesome! No rubbing. No bunching. They are double socks so they wick away moisture wonderfully. These are the only brand of socks I've worn for 5 years and they will continue to be the only brand I wear.

Great socks!
I was hesitant to buy these socks because of the fiber content. I normally have always purchased all cotton, or with a little stretch fabric at the cuff.
These socks are great. I take a 10 1/2 W size, and was concerned that the socks would not have enough room. They are comfortable without binding. The do seem drier near the skin. They have less rubbing on the skin as advertised. Overall, a very comfortable sock that I would recommend to anyone. I give this recommendation based on new socks. I have not washed and dried mine yet, but since it is not all cotton, I do not expect shrinkage.
Other Brands Recommended by Reviewer: The ankle sox as well.

Training for the Breast Cancer 3-day is HARD WORK! Wrightsock's Pink Ribbon socks sure make it a little easier. They have a GUARENTEE that you won't get blisters...and when you're walking 60 miles, this is important!

These are the right socks!
I first ordered a pair of these pink ribbon Wright socks via the Breast Cancer site. They turned out to be terrific. My feet sweat a lot in closed shoes and I can't wear most cotton "rich" socks. These not only wick away moisture but they also pad your feet. And they last a long time--I have worn through the big toe area of other brands. So instead of one or two year socks these are 8-10 year socks.

I finally can walk and jog without the balls of my feet burning. Also the chaffing on the edge of my toes has decreased. The blisters on the balls of my feet have diminished. I am sure it has to do with the double layer reducing all of the friction. I am so happy I spent the money for these Wrightsock's.

WONDERFUL!!!!!
I wear a women's size 11 2a, 4a shoe. The Wright Sock fits like it was custom made for my narrow feet!!!!! No bunching up! No sock slipping off heel or coming off in shoe! These socks are worth every penny you spend on them! Do not skimp on good socks because you will end up with painful blisters.

These double socks look good and feel good when you put them on. I purchased them and paid the high price with the expectation they would help with blisters on my heel. They did not. I'm very disappointed. "THIS IS A DIDDO TO HER COMMENT. I ALSO PURCHASED THESE AND WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE COMFORT. I HAVE HAD A LOT BETTER THAN THIS AT A MUCH MUCH CHEAPER PRICE."

Pink Ribbon Socks - Great!
I participate in Breast Cancer events and have worn Wrightsock’s for about 4 years. They are the finest quality I've found for my feet. The wicking feature makes them perfect for hot summer training, yet because they are double layered are wonderful in winter as well. I live in a semi-desert area with hot, hot summers and a moderate winter climate, and they have been perfect for me year round. Pricing at Zappos.com is the best I've found.

My Double Layers Saved The Day -
I bought these for a fund raising 3 day walk. I am soo glad I did, they kept my toes and heel from getting the usual blisters, and were worth every dime I spent. Great service Zappos.com as they arrived within a day!

I have been wearing the wright doublelayer socks for several years. They are great for your feet.
The only difference this time there was no blue line across the toe area. THey need to make colors for women like pink and blue yellow that can be worn with our outfits. And I do know white socks are better for your feet.

No more blisters?
I read about these on a site for the Breast Cancer 3 Day walk, and I figured they'd be worth the money if they eliminated rubbing. I'm only doing 3-4 miles right now, but so far, so good! No little red or hot spots. They do ride a little lower than I prefer, but I haven't had a problem with it.

I Will Wear NO Other!
As far as socks go,I have never written a review about them...Except for now! These socks are so comfortable it feels as though your feet are being pampered as you walk. I am in need of more as I was so impressed I gave away a few pairs...I received great feedback from my friends...I gave them "Zappos.com" and off they went to order! Cool and Comfortable- Wrightsocks -
I love these socks!! I wear them to work and to workout. (running, kickboxing, step aerobics) They keep my feet cool and as dry as possible when I work up a big sweat. In all my shoes, the socks feel smooth without bunching or wrinkling. They do an excellent job of reducing the friction and shear on my feet. The pink ribbon logo stands out really well against the sock and they've been noticed every time I wear them. My only concern is that the logo does not appear to be as durable as the rest of the sock and I'm not sure how well it will hold up over time.
