My review is rave! Ordered some work boots for my son and we needed to request an exchange because of sizing. Zappos could not have been friendlier, enthusiastic about their service, or more efficient in getting the shoes to him and making the exchange. This was my first order and I was truly amazed!

Shoe Width: Felt narrower than marked
Horrible! What a waste of money! You can't find out how horrible they were until you work in them for a couple days, then you can't send them back!
