"Now that is what I call Customer Service. I placed an order on a Thursday night, 7 pm CST… well after your cut off time for next business day delivery. Imagine my surprise when I got up in the morning to find an e-mail that they had already been shipped and they were on my doorstep when I arrived home from work the very next day less than 24 hours after placing the order. I was impressed when I thought my boots would arrive on Monday. Getting them on Friday when I placed the order so far past your cut off for next day delivery on a Thursday was awesome. This was my first purchase from Zappos; however, it will definitely not be my last. I will be telling all my friends about your great service."
