"I recently made my first purchase from your website - I had been looking for a pair of boots for a while and a co-worker told me to try Zappos. I was wearing them today over lunch and the two women I was dining with kept raving about how good they looked. After telling them where I purchased them, I told them about my most recent experience with purchasing a dress through you. Again, I had spent several days looking for a dress and never could find anything at a store that stood out and went onto Zappos and immediately found a Michael Kors dress that I really liked. I was concerned about the fit, as a customer had written a review online stating that the dress ran small. The representative helping me was very kind to offer asking someone who he worked with about the fit. I wanted to wear the dress for an occasion this weekend; therefore I ordered two sizes with the intention of sending one back. The process of doing so has been so easy, and I relayed that to my friends over lunch. One of the women added that she had experienced great customer service with Zappos. You have a wonderful selection of designers that appeal to me, as a 26 year old, and enough selection that one of the women I was dining with, who is in her 50's, also is a frequent buyer of your shoes and clothes. We often tend to complain when we experience less than standard customer service, yet rarely take the time to make positive comments when we experience exceptional service. Therefore I wanted to say thank you for the high quality products you offer, and for the outstanding customer service."
