I simply want to thank you for your courteous help and let you know you and your company have made my shopping a pleasure again. I am a semi-invalid and shopping at a mall is not an option for me any longer. The ability to return without going 'broke' has been wonderful. I do not abuse the privilege you give. I have only returned what did not fit or was defective. The good news is that I now have 3 new pair of shoes that really feel great. After 5 foot surgeries my feet can only wear certain shoes. Your store carries the Romika brand with straps that are adjustable. I hope you never stop having them. Again, thank you all for your help.
