"To whom it may concern, I just wanted to write you to tell you about the wonderful experience I had with your company. I wanted to find a pair of white sandals for my daughter. I saw the most beautiful pair on your site, but you were out of her size. So, I signed up to be notified by email if her size came back in stock. Well, after waiting and waiting and still no sandals, I decided to check online to see if I could find them from someone else. No luck, all searches lead me back to Zappos.com. I decided to call your customer service dept. to ask if they any idea if the sandal would come back in stock. I spoke with a very nice lady, I'm sorry I don't remember her name. She checked for the shoe and she offered to check online to see if the sandal could be found elsewhere. I told her that I had already checked, but she checked anyway. I thought that was so great! A company willing to refer you to a competitor. That doesn't really happen anymore, let alone good customer service. I have worked in customer service for many years, so I know how horrible people can be. I have had nothing but the best service from you all. You have such a wonderful selection of shoes. There is no way I could find all of these shoes in one area and I live right outside of Chicago. So, I know shoe lovers in small towns must really love your site. If I'm not constantly ordering from you all, it's only because I don't have the funds to shop. Between myself and my daughter, I could shop for shoes forever. Keep up the fantastic service.
