"Ok -I am sure that you guys get about a thousand of these types of e-mails every day, but... I just have to say you guys rock! I ordered a pair of shoes that I was totally excited about, but when I received them, they didn't fit. So, I immediately got online and ordered a different pair of shoes, but it was about 3pm pacific time on Tuesday. I figured I wouldn't receive my new shoes until Thursday at the latest. I woke up this am and checked my e-mail and I am getting my shoes today!!!! Yay for me and more yay for you!!! Love, love, love you guys! "
