"Zappos, You rock! Seriously. You are my favorite company. To my surprise the shoes referenced below arrived today. Wow! I squealed in delight when I saw "Mr. Brown" walking to my front door. Considering the holiday I did not expect to receive these shoes until Friday. You are top notch. (I heart Zappos). Because I wear a women's size 11 I rarely go into traditional shoe stores as it’s a frustrating experience for me and the shoe store's sales associate. Typically the associate tries to convince me that a 10 will work (umm no) or that they may have 2 shoes in 11. Wow in the entire store?! Being able to search by my size and then have so many options of styles and colors has made my life fantastic. Your next day delivery is also outstanding, so please do not stop doing that. I am a Zappoer for life. (I love UPS too of course but I love you first). I am currently studying for the bar and so online shoe shopping has become my respite but I guess I could have worse vices. Whenever I am feeling like I can't do this (i.e. pass the bar), I have gone on your site and found some shoes that just made my day (even if I still am clueless about the bar). You are the best!
