I placed my order and they said I would receive my shoes in 24 hours. I just laughed! We live in a remote area of Central Oregon and shipping anything is always two days later than they say. I was shocked when the shoes actually arrived in 24 hours!! I was also tickled to find my size width on your site. The shoes fit perfect with my orthotics in place of the insoles. The width is perfect. All of your people are upbeat and seem to actually enjoy working for your company. You can tell if customer service people are being fake happy or real happy and yours are really happy with their jobs.
