"Hi, I just did a questionnaire on QVC online, and I just realized I need to email you because I do not seem to be able to stop talking about your company. I LOVE YOUR COMPANY! I LOVE NEXT DAY SHIPPING! I LOVE NO HASSLE RETURNS! I know that what I pay has the cost of all the tax, and returns and shipping bundled into it, but I love knowing that it's one price and you're not going to up the price with shipping and tax and this and that with every click of the page. Psychologically it really works and I don't feel nickel and dimed with every click of the page to process my order. So I've gotten spoiled. Now I hate every other online web site. 4-14 days to receive a book?!!! I know they have individual sellers, but they should require them to all ship priority mail. SO Here's my request. You should start selling other things ... I know you should stick to your business model and just do shoes and related shoe stuff like clothing and accessories, but I wish other companies were more like you. You have a fantastic business model, and I just hope that you stay a great company. It would be great to get other items as fast I get these shoes. And I was skeptical at first because I thought shoes ... and of course I got the wrong size, but the return has been so easy that's it's not a deterrent from shopping. If you do decide to sell other items that would be great! ."
