"Your service is outstanding. I rarely write emails about customer service and yet I believe this is my 3rd email to Zappos. Yesterday, I submitted an online order and it was upgraded for free because it was early enough to place on the truck. I'm sure other companies *sometimes* do this but what impressed me is that I was informed of the free upgrade right at checkout. Zappos was willing to unequivocally commit to the upgrade and my order arrived at 6:58pm today. Unbelievable. Every. Single. Time. And I'm doing my part. I keep spreading the word about Zappos. You have earned it. Every. Single. Time. Did I say that already? :-) Thank you, "
