"Hi there I was a loyal customer of Zappos for a couple of years while living in the States. I'm now living in the UK and mourning your wonderful company! Please bring Zappos to the UK - women here love to buy shoes but much of the quality is very poor unless you spend a lot of money. Online sites here simply do not compare to Zappos in range, price, quality or, most of all, the ability to search by heel height or color. Some sites here allow searching by price but I don't really care if it's £20 or £80 if I know I need a navy flat or a silver heel! Website design here is clumsy and do not offer the close up views or detailed descriptions of each shoe like you do. Your search facility is fantastic and your delivery service is second to none.
