"Dear Zappos people, Several years ago I ordered many pairs of shoes for my husband who has lymphedema and had feet so swollen he couldn't even fit into shoes to go shopping. I found you, found him shoes and when it was time to mail the others back, I was incredulous at how swiftly and courteously I was treated. I told the person on the phone from Zappos that you should write the protocol for all .com businesses and the person to whom I spoke said that it was due to the atmosphere and philosophy at the workplace. Last week, I think it was on Oprah, I saw the president of Zappos who explained his goal was to have a business with wonderful customer service, and that he hopes to expand that art to an even more ambitious endeavor like an airline. He is definitely ahead of his time and this philosophy of getting along and being kind to one another certainly makes a good fit with OurBama!!
