"In my opinion Zappos is the best online service for orders I have ever experienced. They are so fast to deliver. Their prices are the same as their competitors and they deliver for free and their selection is huge, all the brand names. I don’t know how they do it; I am so very impressed. One last thing I have to compliment them on is their customer service team very courteous. I had ordered the wrong size; I called them and they had the right size out to me in a day’s time and sent me a free return label for the other shoes. I would and have recommended Zappos to every one I know and even those I don’t personally know. Thank you very much Zappos keep up the great work! Thank you again, Very loyal customer "
