"Dear Zappos.com, You are the best company! I ordered a pair of shoes last night (Thursday at 11 p.m. EST) knowing that my overnight delivery going out on a Friday (the next business day in my mind) would arrive at my home Monday. Instead, my shoes arrived today, Friday, at 2:30 p.m.! What?!? The shoes I saw with sleepy eyes last night are on my porch today?! That's amazing customer service, and I will tell all of my friends about Zappos (and do I know shoe shoppers!). Thank you so much for striving for great customer service. That is a rarity these days!
