The shoes look great on the site, and even better when you get them; there is red stitching around the perimeter of the tongue, which gives it a nice added detail. I had one of the laces fray on me this morning after about a month of use, but I don't see that as a big deal - new ones are always a drug store away. Also, through moderate rain storms, my feet have stayed dry. Overall, great boot.

I was excited about these boots because they look sharp but were also comfortable and I could actually work in them -- stand all day, move heavy things, work in the wood shop, etc. Then, 3 months after purchasing them, 2 inches of the the leather upper separated from the sole on the left boot. I didn't abuse these boots, and they failed me. And they were not inexpensive. I'm disappointed. I got these instead of Red Wings because I thought they were a little more sleek, and now I regret it.

Great fit, great styling and great on comfort. I needed a boot that looked good but wore like a sneaker and this is it. I'm normally a size 10.5 but downsized to 10 and am happy I did. All around great boot.
Brands I'd also recommend: Red Wing
